On the other contracting how impressed we were with the technical support we received from Mike…read more Mike is in my opinion a great ambassador for your company. Mike was prompt, very friendly, a great listener, and was able to solve the problem that prevented our generator from turning on when the power failed yesterday. On the other hand, to management, there is a problem with your established protocol. Let me explain, we purchased the Cummins generator from you in January, see my write-up of February 10, 2021. We opted for the top-of-the-line service and warranty program you offered. Yet we had to sign a sophomoric promissory note that we would pay for the service call before a service personnel would be sent out to repair our newly purchased generator. This exercise was a stupid and unnecessary action on your part that has left us wondering should we recommend your company to our neighbors. Management should reconsider that if a customer has purchased the top-of-line service contract you should trust us to pay if warranted.

At 1:10 I received a text(not even a phone call) that Innovative was CANCELLING my appointment. My HVAC technician had been waiting for an hour by this point. I am waiting to hear back from Sonny.. Let me just add, I pay for a yearly service contract with Innovative which includes expedited service..

However he told me he couldn't quote me and the company estimator had to send a formal quote. I called the same day which was a Friday and they said they aimed to get it to me on Monday. I called numerous times afterwards and was assured I would receive the quote that day, but I never did. Almost three weeks have passed and I decided to give them the final call as we all know how annoying it is to set up an appontment with an electrician and I was promised once again I would receive a quote and did not. I never had such an unprofessional experience just to get a quote. I'm not sure how this company gets any business if they have clients begging just to know the price. Avoid if you value your time!

They installed a chandelier and replaced 2 light fixtures for me in a UES concrete ceiling apartment. The pros: -Super professional installation people. Had an onsite estimate given, and they clearly knew their stuff. Advised me quickly on possibilities and what wasn't possible. -Installation occurred right on time. -Installers covered all flooring and wore covers on their shoes to protect all surfaces. Also carefully moved furniture from the install area. -Installers worked very hard to measure and drill properly so that I did not need to repaint the entire ceiling. They were successful! -Shockingly low dust from the install. The cons: -when I have a bug to get something done immediately, I want it, well, immediately. I had to wait a week to get the install set, but that is really quite reasonable.
