We still feel extremely lucky to have met Masae-san and the other wonderful and loving staff here. Ours a very wiggly kinda pup but not once were we disappointed with the results. People here are still as friendly, helpful and affectionate towards our four-legged family member as the first time we ever walked in. One thing did change though: you can now book your appointment online with the groomer of your choice. Super! Paws-down the best grooming salon we've ever been to. Highly recommended.

There was only a few to choose from and they all looked really low quality. You could get a better one at Walmart, now that's pathetic. On the plus side, they had 3 adorable kitties up for adoption. Hopefully they all get good homes soon.

Self Serve Dog Wash Station…read more Stopped in at the brand new opening of the Bosley's in the Langley Mall. Store is well laid out and the staff super friendly and helpful. Do was as advertised on their website as $15 per dog with towels, shampoo and conditioner all included. The newly installed sprayer for the water was very poor in water volume, it the manager informed me before I purchased and she also told me that replacements had been ordered. The wash area while "open air" to the store, it is cordoned off with an ample space to work. There are two wash basins. The store does advertise that the dryers provided blow only room temperature air. I get it such that dogs aren't harmed by hot blowers but conversely they don't have enough air volume to really be effective. Bottom line I would give this 4/5 stars and I would return here for this service and pet supplies in general.

I think this carrier is best for animals who aren't prone to stress while travelling, who won't put too much pressure on the zippers or bite at the canvas. Despite the issues with the product I do want to say that the customer service is impeccable! The company was in constant contact with me to make sure I got my replacement carrier and to check how my flights home with it went. When I let them know that the issues weren't resolved even with a new carrier they were happy to give me a refund on it. Everyone I emailed with was super friendly and supportive, couldn't have asked for better! Again the star rating is for the customer service.

Booked a cat grooming online and was sent a confirmation email and told everything was set and…read moreready, however upon arrival we were told that the groomer we booked with was unavailable at the booked time. Supposedly we were also waitlisted, but our email confirmed our booking was ready, saying nothing about a waitlist. I was told they called us many times to cancel, however we checked our call history and it was twice, the second one being minutes before our appointment, with NO VOICEMAIL LEFT either time. We did not pick up said calls as it registered as spam and they did not bother to text or email DESPITE HAVING ALL OUR CONTACT INFORMATION. We put our cat through unnecessary stress in a carrier on the bus to PetSmart only to be turned away. Now we still have a stinky cat, and now a stressed one at that. Thanks so much!!! The site needs to be updated if groomers are unavailable, don't let people make bookings on those times and then barely try to contact us back. If you call someone to cancel and they don't pick up, here's a hint: TEXT. EMAIL. VOICEMAIL.

I left my dog at 1 PM and after 4 hours she called me saying that it still hadn't been cut and that I should come back to pick up the dog. That day I had a trip planned to the USA that evening, and I was counting on taking my dog with us already with its hair cut. Well, the manager on duty that day had to request and approve overtime for the employee to try to solve my problem and cut the dog's hair later before the store closed. Because of that, my dog was locked up for approximately 6 hours at PetSmart without food and completely traumatized from being away from its owners for so long. I was very frustrated and disappointed with all of this, besides the fact that the dog's haircut ended up full of imperfections with several waves across the body, and in the end, they still charged me the full price and I had to ask for a discount. I will never go back!!!

But they actually carry different stuff. GILLEY staff never ask if you need help (if the owner is reading this don't blame them. They realize customers don't want to be pestered every 2 mins "do you need help" they are always helpful when asked and if we as shoppers need help we know where to find them. At cash) MARINE staff literally run to you and ask if you need help within like 90 seconds of stepping into the store and of course first thing you'll say is no thanks I'm good. Marine offers treats but asks me first. Gilley doesn't. Doesn't matter. My dog is so spoiled I don't approve of most treats unless it's single ingredient etc. I will point out the sales girl at gilley not only didn't upsell me. She tried repeatedly to talk me out of buying the larger size bag of freeze dried nuggets to the point I was a tad offended and irked by it. She needs training. Customer wants to buy largest bag. And you tell her you should really get the smaller bag first if it's your first time. Just to see if she likes it. No I'm fine. If she doesn't I'll just donate it. But that one costs more if she doesn't like it you should start with the smaller bag. But if she likes it then I end up spending more and I'm relatively sure she will eat it. Okay but if she doesn't like it you can't return it. (Which I pointed out at checkout to another staff and she assured me she must be mistaken it's the freezer ones that aren't returnable) either way. She needs some training
