When I expressed how I was driving all over the lower mainland picking up packets of food here and there, they said they would gather what they could from a few locations for me. I walked away with about three cases of food, which will really help me transition my old dog onto something new while maintaining her little weight. Shes picky, and the fact that they cobbled together as much as they could was honestly incredible. The manager said she would be at a few different stores and would get what she could for me. This kind of service feels rare to me. Also, knowing its a smaller canadian owned company means a lot when I am trying to shop canadian and less corporate! I will be switching to this place for sure. I tried to get into pet smart but got turned away, so I kept searching and found this gem. The owners are so lovely and warm and I felt immediately comfortable. They took the time to get all the Matt's out of my puppies fur and were so patient and kind, never making me feel bad for waiting so long to get him groomed. The store is clean and has an intimate family run feel. They treat the dogs so well and give each dog loving care and attention. I can't recommend this grooming salon enough and I would give more stars if I could. My dog Ollie is never afraid to get groomed there and leaves smelling amazing with a beautiful haircut! Thank you

PetSmart doesn't seem to carry some higher-end brands, but their prices are great and the sales can't be beat. Went in today for one item and walked out with two others at a steal of a deal. I like how clean the store is and how welcoming the staff is when you bring in your dog. We'll stocked at this location. We've had our dog in for nail clipping and will certainly return. There was a little slip-up, literally, when my dog freaked out when the groomers tried to get her to mount the grooming table. Bit they quickly understood her anxiety and clipped her nails on the floor. The groomers were fantastic and very good at their craft. Our German Shepherd will be a regular for nails. I docked one star because I still need to visit another pet store for a few of our pet care needs, but a s a whole PetSmart does very well.

This place really pissed me off…read more I usually only shop at small boutique pet stores for Orijin Original as this is what all of my many ferrets over the years have always ate. While staff at the small stores have always given exceptional Customer Service - this Big Box store was the complete opposite. Funny, when I Googled Orijin, Pet Smart showed up in the top of the search results. I didn't think they carried it, but I was across the street, it was getting late so it seemed reasonable. When I got to the Cat section, the lady (middle aged long light brown hair in a pony tail) was there. I asked her if they carried it and she said no. I asked her what would be comparable and she just shrugged. No suggestions, no offer to help me look, nothing. I searched for something without peas and after going up and down the isles, I asked her about that. She just kinda mumbled something and then proceeded to chat with another staff member who had just appeared. Finally, I asked if I could get a sample. At this point I really didn't want to pay 30-40$ for something they just needed for one night. She claimed they didn't have ANY. Surprise Surprise! Funny how any other Pet Store always has them! Then as I'm about to leave I see that there is a Small Animal section she didn't bother to tell me about or God Forbid show me! No worries - I checked myself only to find that they had one single bag of Ferret Food (Marshall which isn't the best and they don't like it anyway) Then saw they only had ONE other Ferret item - a highly overpriced Hammock! However if you were any other small animal from Rats to Hedgehogs - they got you covered !!! Never Again !!!
