I go to explain that I need an adapter and he starts spouting a bunch of plumber jargon at me and how they don't have what I'm looking for. I show him a picture of what I'm looking for and he doesn't look at it and tells me they don't have any 14 inch faucets because I'm holding a 14 inch faucet. I explain that I am bringing this in to find a piece that adapts to it and that this faucet is just fine and I'm not looking to replace it in 14 or 12 inches. So he did not understand my problem at all and was telling me how they couldn't solve it. I go to show him pictures again of what I want and he doesn't understand he just starts talking about how they don't have it. I have to explain to him that the picture is showing five different common parts, not one and he then proceeds to recommend some other place tells me all about how they have a selection of parts but that they won't sell them to me unless I'm a licensed plumber. Very unhelpful. Terrible customer service. He had no idea what I was looking for. And upon further Investigation into the pieces that I need he did in fact have the parts that I wanted after sending me out. Was I dressed nicely for this place? Because I'm not wearing overalls doesn't mean I don't know how to turn a wrench.

Terrible service from the blonde lady in rentals, rented a rug doctor last weekend and she had…read morenothing but attitude upon picking up the rental, didn't notice till we got it home it was disgusting from the previous use - specifically the top tank was full of long black animal fur - which I had to clean before being able to use myself, I then cleaned it after my use, then the blonde lady had the audacity to call it " dirty " and refused to refund our deposit! ( it was " dirty " because it touched THEIR floor while waiting in line and was therefor " not perfectly clean " underneath, all in all, there are many places to rent a rug doctor - go anywhere but here.

Mind you, there was no one else waiting in the appliance department when we picked our appliance. We waited and waited for about 20 minutes. We had to go back to the appliance department. They were waiting on other customers that came AFTER us and never loaded it up. So, we stood there waiting. They rang the other customer up right there. Finally, my husband went out front and got a flatbed himself. Thankfully, one of the guys helped him pick up the dishwasher onto the flatbed. We were also told it was a clearance appliance and was never purchased before. It was missing the soap samples and some of the stuff in the box had definitely been opened. We're hoping it's not a reject and we don't have to return it within their 48 hour timeframe!!! I do have to compliment the cashiers. They were very friendly and helpful and called someone to help us load our vehicle.

We moved the card to allow her to pass, she looped around and stopped in the same spot giving us the death stare. We decided to abort the mission of getting a cart of lumber from Lowe's. She won't be hard to find, she weighs about 50lbs soaking wet. We prodeded across the street to Home Depot. Picked over 40 boards of various sizes and some plywood. The quality and selection was far superior than lowes. I enjoy shopping lowes of oldsmar and clearwater but this is the last straw for lowes of port richey.

They helped me with the order and it will be 4-5 weeks till it arrives. I will know better of the quality & how the service is once the door arrives.
