At 8am received a message that they cannot make it until between 12pm-5pm. They showed up between 2pm - 2:30pm and said its the main frame board and it will take them 5-7 days to get the part. So Lowes at Ridge and Little is refusing to replace it even though its still under warranty and the warranty department does not care about a family 4 going without a Frig for 5-7 days.
