She said "numbers are not final until insurance anyway" continuing not taking accountability. Definitely NOT an anxiety free zone. Paid almost DOUBLE the price that was initially stated to me.

Whatever Dr. Chan and Taylor his assistant did for me is nothing short of amazing. They worked as a well coordinated team making the whole process look like an easy every day routine for them. Best of all, I didn't have any pain the next morning after surgery and my face was not swollen. I was able to start my soft food diet the same day after those bridges were screwed in. I can't praise those guys high enough. Highly recommend if you care about your dental health.

I was displeased to have received a bill for services regularly covered by plan fully. The dental office made no comment on my insurance when I registered and there is likely no legal requirement to disclose in all instances (Though if you have Liberty insurance, they will leave that network on Jan 1, 2026 AND that was displayed in their office). I find that ethically ambiguous. Who wants to pay extra for services that are already covered? Remember that no business is truly concerned with your welfare when it comes to money. Question everything before you decide to buy!

The office is efficient as well. Dr. Marshall is so nice and she and all her staff explains things so well. My kid is not thrilled by the fact he needs braces, but he likes that everyone is nice. The setup is interesting as everyone is in a row with a nice see-through divider (hi COVID). Our visits are usually about an hour long, including wait times. Try to get an early morning appointment if possible. I'm glad I selected this office. It's not just for kids! If you need braces, a retainer, replaced bracket, give them a call.
