This spicy tuna roll has more of a togarashii based pepper base. As a result it has more of an authentic Japanese flavor. Yum! The staff are very nice, greeting you with a smile. They even ask if you would like a plate cleared away before taking the dish away...my husband has had instances where he wasn't quite done and the servers whisked the dish away neglecting to ask. Worst thing: I ordered a concrete. It was soupy. Good milkshakes are thicker. In Missouri, to use Ted Drewes' "concrete" description for this soup is a sin.
