Came here for lunch while visiting over the holidays. I had never been to one. I ordered a Spicy Thai salad. No ingredients are listed on their menu or was a asked if I wanted certain ingredients. When I got my salad I was surprised to find it covered in chopped nuts. I am very allergic to nuts and it causes me anaphylactic shock. I asked the young lady behind the counter what was on it. Cashews, peanuts and pecans. With nuts being such a deadly allergy I am surprised that this is not listed on the menu. Evelyn the gal behind the counter was very apologetic and had a new salad made for me. The salad I did end up eating was the Chile lime and was very good. Beautiful hub and employees very lovely. As a business though I think they should list ingredients or at least ask if you want nuts or not. I do appreciate them accommodating me!

This is a nice new location. I have only been in a couple of times, and both experiences have been pleasant. If it's cold out, and it's not busy, I'm sure you will enjoy finding a seat next to the gas log fireplace. I know that I have. Every time I go to a Panera I feel like I'm paying a bit too much, but I keep going back, and I do enjoy the food. Overall, A-OK!

This is for sure my favorite fast food /restaurant because the employees are super nice and the people here are non judgmental. I'm gay and this is one of the only restaurants where me and my girlfriend don't get stares or dirty lkes. It's a great place to do your homework the WiFi situation is adequate. The food is great food a fast food restaurant I recommend the summer corn chowder in a bread bowl it's by far my favorite meal at Panera

$9.00 for a 1/2 bowl. They say it's "A Bowl" but they only fill it half way.

Ordered a cappuccino and got a latte. Staff needs to be trained on the espresso machine.

I like the environment but only if I get a booth because the seating outside the booth feels very awkward.

The lacquered soup bowl and spoon are par for the course but the cast iron teapot and teacup give that authentic quality. So the miso soup is not as salty as I am accustomed to, but I believe that is a me thing, not a quality issue. The composition of seaweed and tofu is good. The salad has a ginger dressing which I appreciate, but my daughter didn't. Again, it's a her issue. The salad components were fresh. The sushi flavors were pretty good. So the fish is not as fresh as it would be in a coastal state or on an island. Hey man, this is the midwest! That being said, this is NOT grocery store sushi though, it is much better and much tastier than that. The flavors of the sauces are mild to allow the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through, something that many places err in. Typical rolls have such overpowering sauces that the actual ingredients are unidentifiable. This place does not make that mistake. The spicy tuna roll is probably the best tasting spicy tuna roll that I have had in a very long time. Most places use sriracha as the main pepper ingredient, despite it not being of Japan origins. This spicy tuna roll has more of a togarashii based pepper base. As a result it has more of an authentic Japanese flavor. Yum! The staff are very nice, greeting you with a smile. They even ask if you would like a plate cleared away before taking the dish away...my husband has had instances where he wasn't quite done and the servers whisked the dish away neglecting to ask. They checked on us frequently as well. I also am pleasantly surprised that their last call for dine in is 15 minutes before they close. My daughter wasn't available to go out for dinner until 8:45 pm. This is 20 minutes away, so it was still open when we arrived and we didn't feel rushed to place our order.

Be cautious about "cooked". These folks are pretty…read moretraditional and even cooked seafood may be squishy uncooked and slimy. Almost threw up baby octopus salad. Couldn't wait to order espresso but all coffee service was "broken" Music is ridiculously loud and repetitive. Not a great place based on my first experience
