If I have a question or need help, it's always fast and efficient. if I just want to wander around and window shop, they don't seem to have a problem with that. This place is a real gem. A throwback to a time when shops like this dotted the twin cities. I haven't seen a shop like this since I used to shop at the old Moeller hobby shop in Robbinsdale. It was one of those places that helped build a lifelong love for RC cars and the hobby itself. That's why this situation has been so hard. I dropped off an RC truck for repair and expected it might take some time. What I didn't expect was how long it actually took -- months and months passed while I waited. Eventually, when I called to check on it, I was told the truck had already been surrendered after 90 days. That news was absolutely heartbreaking. This wasn't just a piece of equipment to me. It was something I had invested a lot into and something tied to years of enjoyment in this hobby. I understand that businesses have policies, and I don't doubt they have rules in place, but learning about it only after the fact made the loss feel even worse. What makes this especially difficult is that I truly love this store. It's been part of my life story from childhood to now as a parent. I honestly can't imagine not going there anymore, and that's what makes this situation so emotionally complicated for me. I'm not posting this to attack anyone.
