They then proceeded to charge him for an entire drink, but ONLY gave us the matcha. lol... no milk, no ice, just matcha. But charged us full price. He also had ordered a latte with an extra shot that for a 12 oz cup, was super weak. We really want to support this place but they need to fix their ratios or something...
