Well, how can I not give this new co-working space 5 stars - my Fringe art exhibition is on here! (where is that 6th star when you need it?!)
Hub Adelaide opened late last year and is growing and developing constantly. There are other Hubs in Australia too, which members have access to.
Vast, with a variety of areas, this co-working space sees permanent offices, mixed in with open plan hot-desk areas. Interspersed with that are some quirky spaces for working or meetings - a wooden cubby house, a teepee, a quiet area with lounges and a 'cone of silence' pod thingee that would make Maxwell Smart very proud.
Connecting and collaborating are key goals and there are many ways members can do this. Each Friday there are 'Winedown' drinks. Members can bring guests as well. Each Thursday there is a shared lunch. Members across Australia also connect online through Yammer. There is also a noticeboard in Hub Adelaide with photos and descriptions of ally eh members.
It's a very welcoming and fun place. Massive kitchen for events. Upstairs area for working, meeting (boardroom) or chilling out in the fresh air.
Speak to Jemma or Neil about trying out the facilities here for free and if you like it, membership starts from $20/month.
And until March 21st, you can see my art on the walls - the first Hub art exhibition and their foray into Fringe and regular art exhibitions. read more
