Originally I had to reboot my modem and my eero wifi router multiple times yesterday the 30th of June. Ar first I thought the issue was because of the new housing going behind us and all the digging they might have struck the main cable line. So, I called and spoke with Brian Jerigan, I.T. Manager for HTC here in Conway, and he put in a repair ticket in for me and within 15 minutes I had a Service Tech arrive, I may not get his name spelled correctly, but Tey went over and above making sure that I had a good, reliable fiber connection and he reassembled my office area after the work was completed. Kudos to both of these folks for helping out a senior citizen and his spouse in making sure we were up and running. Brian, cannot thank you enough!!! read more

Had HTC Install internet after them leaving, I noticed I didn't have WiFi throughout the home, realizing my old service, another company had put the "Router" in the center of the house, along with my plumes, WiFi extenders. Come to be HTC put the "Router" in a back closet and into a wall, where all the homes audio wires come in. Blocking a substantial amount of signal . Called them to relocate the Router and they told me it would be about a 140.00$ if they would have put the new service where the old one was I wouldn't have the problem, I did not have them come with that price!! I'm looking for another provider now. read more

I spent many hours on the phone with HTC. No need to go into all the details but it had to do with a death of a spouse. After many calls and emails I finally got things straightened out thanks to an individual named Shane. He was wonderful and so helpful. It took only minutes with him. Despite dozens of phone calls, and speaking to at least 30 different people on three separate occasions, they refused to except that I no longer want their service. This is because their wireless service hardly ever works. They've repeatedly transferred us and within hang up in her used to give us a confirmation number when we attempted to close the account after they tried to bill us a few months later I went into the store, and after saying the terrible word. Damn was asked to leave because of my language. The people in the store have been talked to try and scam you and that's all they're out to dinner. Do not under any circumstances sign up for their service. Seriously a few cans and a string is better for communicating and their service. read more

HTC has proved thus far to be reliable and affordable. We signed up for service for home phone, internet, cable and security, and the technicians installing were also so helpful, efficient and pleasant. We are new to Conway, and wanted to give a big shout out to our Service Rep - Danielle at HTC. She is so friendly, helpful and always transparent. We have never been made to feel so at home, and cared for. She is always pleasant and never minds our calls with questions - Danielle is employee of the year in our book! Consider anyone else but HTC. I switched to spectrum and saved $100. They're just not worth the hassle of dealing with and if spectrum is the better alternative you know they suck. read more

2-27-23 we had to sign up with htc because how they got to be the only cable service in our development. they are not happy that we still use there boxes instead of streaming we are older people and are very used to the boxes i pay every month for them so they are not for free. being that said they have horrible remotes the buttons are so small and if you hit one that is wrong then you are in trouble they claim that it is you tv and will not send anybody out to repair the problem i had spectrum and they were a lot better then htc very happy i did not take the alarm system who knows if that works. i just called best buy to come and reset the tv htc would not help with that and to say it was there remote that screwed up the programing not the tv remote. stay away from htc if you can. read more

I have had bundled service (phone+cable+internet for 1 year now and have had trouble since day 1. More then 6 technicians and most of the equipment replaced, i can not tell you how many calls to their customer service, I can't wait to drop their service... It has quit working twice this month already and I have to do a hard reboot just about weekly.. It is really unreliable, and calling them usually only provides short term results. Today after talking to customer service, they said they are not willing to do any more bill adjustments, oh BTW my bill has just jumped again, because I am no longer in the "promotion" period ... I will be very happy to look for another provider read more

This company has been nothing but lies and trouble since day one. To start with the untrained tech thatinstalled the service disconnected my neighbors. And they wouldn't fix their mistake, made me and my neighbors fight for weeks over a mistake HTC made with no compinsation to me or the neighbor. And now I have moved paid the relocate fee in cash and still being told we messed up but now you have to wait 10 days for install when I was told 3. No coustomer service what so ever from these people don't pay your bill they disconnect your service you pay for a service and they feed you lie after lie to cover themselves up on a mistake do yourself a favor go to Spectrum read more

Recently my computer broke and I had no information on where to have it fixed. I remembered receiving info from HTC about their new computer service. I called and was told to bring it to the main office. Within 24 hours my computer was fixed and running better than it had before it broke. The young gentleman that met with me is an asset to HTC. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend HTC if you need repair. The low price for the service if you are a member cannot be beat. read more
