What to have for lunch in winter cold day?
Beef noodle soup for sure.
Walked pass this shop couple of time but today i had a change to try the newly open shop.
I ordered 3 treasure beef noodle, that consist of sirloin meat, tendon and shank.
Don't have to wait too long, and comes my noodle.
The first impression of the look and smells brings me back memory to China.
The broth was aromatic with fragrant of Chinese herbs, dark color broth, looks so intense!
Obviously I took time to took a snap and posted in yelp before I dig in to my noodle.
Noodle was cook to perfection by my Chinese standard, hahahaha.. This is my standards after eating tons of noodles and emptied hundreds of bowls of noodles while I was spent 1,5 years in Beijing.
First slurps of the broth..... Oh... It was so good but a touch of salt will give this rating to 4 stars.
And for me the shank, could be cook in pressure cooker for 1/2 hour longer, because it's soft but not falling apart.
Sirloin portion was nice and thick, overall portion was generous.
Those tendon was delicious and still rich and gelatinous the way it should be cook.
Maybe a little hiccups since the just recently open.
