My daughter stated that they treated her with disrespect and moved her items also without caring about what they were moving. The movers put everything up front in the storage area and piled things 6 feet high up front so you can't even get into the area. I was over charged and Nick in the office fixed that immediately. I don't really think it's the company that was bad just this moving crew.

There were more boxes to be moved than originally planned, however, the movers moved very slowly and inefficiently. Once they finished packing up the truck to move the items within the same complex, they decided they needed gas and then have lunch but didn't say anything to us....we just saw them drive away. They should have gotten gas before they even started the move. They were gone for a minimum of an hour and a half so, I went to get lunch for the rest us and saw them sitting in the truck in the fast food parking lot smoking something. They told us they needed to warm up truck yet it was a sunny 40-45 degree day with many families taking walks outside. When they got finally arrived back and started to unpack the truck, it was a slow and long drawn out process to the extent my husband and son-in-law started to move boxes out of the truck themselves. A deconstructed bed frame was carried up by the two movers (one holding each end) and thrown in the bedroom but my pregnant daughter could have carried it by herself and she was moving faster than them. It ended being an 8 hour ordeal and double the quote originally given. However, the company did refund $200 which we didn't think was enough and they didn't seem to care about the very poor service. One and done!

They also smelled of marijuana after smoking during their breaks and looked high while moving out belongings and driving the truck. When they finished loading the truck, they left for lunch without telling us. We only found out when we called them. They were gone for about an hour. Finally, when unloading, they were haphazardly putting boxes anywhere, even though they were labeled which room. By the end of the day, it was too late to do much cleaning at the old apartment or unpacking. We went with Muberr because they were local and had a better rate, but at the end of the move we probably paid more and received poorer quality service than if we had gone with Two Men and a Truck. We did get a discount for these issues, but we don't feel it was enough, and the manager did not seem very concerned at how poorly the move went. We will not be using Muberr again.

My husband and I were severely disappointed with this company, especially given that we saw many…read moregreat reviews here. First, they did arrive early which was fine, however only 2 people showed up when we were told 3 would be there. Ryan (owner) even said during the day that they planned on 3 but he didn't think it was necessary and only brought 2--they ended up being at our house for 7ish hours which threw off our whole day when we were planning for 3 people and for the day to be a lot shorter. We toured the house, they laid down the boxes on our floors, etc. Everything was good. We very clearly stated what was priority for them to load on the truck since we knew not everything was going to fit on the U-Haul we had rented--we just wanted them to get all the heavy things we would not easily be able to lift ourselves later on without their help. We stated these items numerous times then and later on throughout the day when we saw these items were still untouched. They confirmed they would get those items on the truck at some point. Later they stated that they "had" to disassemble my desk, which I stated to them I didn't care about. It was old and honestly I didn't care if it fell apart because I wanted to trash it anyway. They disassembled it, and when I asked, they said there would be no charge. Great, I thought! I had to leave about half-way through the day to leave for the long drive to our new home so that my child could nap in the car. Before I left, I clearly asked Ryan if there would be any additional fees, and he clearly stated no, they would just charge what was quoted. Great, I thought again! Because they had, at that point, already disassembled the desk, used a lot of supplies, and even assisted us with the car trailer. All great stuff. They kept cruising along as I left. When I caught up with my husband later, I found out the unfortunate news that when he did see the truck full, they had still not touched any of the heavy stuff. They left behind nearly every single heavy item we had asked them to pack up. My husband didn't notice or think to keep an eye on them because he was busy with other things around the house and we had already asked them numerous times to take care of them. It was quite frustrating because that meant we had to figure it out ourselves later on. Then came the invoice a few days later. We noticed that we were indeed charged an extra $150 fee for "added items" of which included extra supplies, desk disassembly, and assistance with the car trailer--all of which Ryan assured me was not going to be charged. This was incredibly disappointing. I emailed them to ask why, especially because Ryan very clearly told me ahead of time that they would not charge me this AFTER they had already done these things, and I was given quite a poor response. Ryan flat out asked me for a 5-star review early that morning, and, I'm sorry Ryan, if you had provided a better email response at least attempting to resolve the $150 fee, perhaps you would have gotten something better. If you have gotten this far, then I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your moving needs, otherwise you will be stuck with a company that will find ways to charge you extra fees, only cares about their reviews, and at the end of the day doesn't really care about what you actually need out of your move. Please find someone else that can better suit your needs and truly cares about you.

I used them for the packing of my belongings . They came back two days later , loaded everything onto their van and then reloaded everything on to a POD that was delivered to their business.. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged. I have moved a lot but I can safely say this was the best. It is family owned and run. They try very hard to be accommodating it shows. I would highly recommend them.
