I hired William to paint a bedroom and a small bathroom. The bedroom turned out okay, there were a few minor mistakes, but overall it was acceptable. The bathroom, however, was a different story. I was quoted for priming and painting the bathroom walls, but it was clear that no primer was used. The paint job itself looked rushed and unprofessional, with several areas needing touch-ups. Worse, there was paint splattered on the counters, mirror, door, lightbulbs, and even the walls. It took me over two hours to clean everything up. I sent William photos and asked about the charge for priming, hoping for a resolution. It's now been five days with no response. I gave him a chance to make it right, but the lack of communication and the poor quality in the bathroom make it hard for me to recommend his services.

Got a few quotes that were astronomical...one quote claimed it would be 5k for just the trim...yes you read that right. We called Cain Reyes Painting because he had the least fanciest business card at the Sherman Williams store by us - gotta be reasonable right? Cain a native of Oak Cliff and was doing a job nearby, so he was able to come through quickly and give us a quote. Cain was really nice and took time out to tell us everything he could do included patching holes, re-cocking, fixing trim cracks and sanding down all the prior paint jobs. We agreed on the quote and he got to work the next week! He gave us a 10-day estimate but came through in 5-days and WOW. I've never been so happy and when your dropping that kinda cash you want a wow. It looks and feels like a brand new house. They were clean and professional, taping and covering everything. His teenage son is apart of the crew too which I can appreciate. I'm still smiling writing this review right now! His team also does power washing (which we took advantage of), exterior paint, floors and more. He will be are guy for all of it. He even had a great contact for a handy man that was able to show up the next day after the one we called didn't show up. Delighted with him as well. Make sure to get a quote from Cain Reyes Painting if you are in the market. You'll be glad you did!
