My wife suggested I get one more opinion, and luckily I read his other glowing Yelp reviews and called Hovik at In N Out Air. Hovik first determined that our condenser unit was absolutely fine and would likely continue to operate for many years to come. He then CORRECTLY diagnosed the underlying minor electrical problem, replaced the defective part, and upgraded our thermostat to a state-of-the-art Honeywell Home model.
