Note that I did not order the cake, so I don't know the process about how to contact them. They do have an IG @blumchen.bakery. Now back to the review, the cake was delivered while myself and my friend (the person being surprised) were out of Lansing. Blumchen called my friend to let her know that they had a delivery that "was perishable" (My friend had no idea she was receiving a cake). But since we were not there, Blumchen didn't have access to the apartment building and was going to leave the "perishable" item in the shade, outside. I think they thought that through though and somehow found a way inside and delivered the cake to the front door. We had a friend go pick the cake up to put it in the refrigerator until we got back. Once we we back, we opened the box and saw a beautiful cake. I don't know how much it cost; the cake was better than a regular store bought red velvet cake because it was not overly sweet and the icing was also balanced. It feels like I have been tying forever so I'm going to end this review with my personal stamp of approval (make sure the person will be home for delivery though).
