Of course, ALL their meals are pre-cooked, so you're really just heating it up. I just find that freezing them as soon as I receive my order makes it really easy to grab and go. Plus, I never have to worry about how long they've been in the freezer versus the refrigerator. I suggest freezing them all and pulling them 10-minutes before meal time. So easy... My hope is that the health-nuts who are putting up with smelly, tasteless, bitter meals from the other local meal delivery services, wise up and give Rocket Fuel Nutrition a try. Maybe just buy a Fuel 10 or Fuel 12 to sample a dozen DIFFERENT meals.
