The doctor literally had her food piled up on the patient's examination table. They tried measuring my height without taking my heeled booth off (despite the fact that I asked them multiple times). They make you stand and wait to see the doctor outside her office, hearing all the sensitive information about the patient ahead of you. I just cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism and inappropriate conduct of a healthcare office that is not cited by public health. I feel really bad for anyone still receiving services here. How are they even open? How hasn't anybody filed a lawsuit against this private practice office?

I honestly don't even know what her job title is because she does absolutely nothing but scream loud across the clinic and eat. As to the doctor i was seen with, very unprofessional and was eating as well. what kind of doctor does that? he put his food on top of the prescriptions paper. DISGUSTING. & yet proceeded with his job. He didn't wash his hands or even put gloves on. I'm never going here again and am making sure anyone i know wont go here either. If that was my practice i will honestly just fire everyone but these 2 nice ladies. Other than that. No thank you. Never coming here ever again.

I made an appointment for 12:45, and although we were taken to a room right away, the experience went downhill from there. The doctor who saw my father seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. He told us my dad tested negative, then randomly asked if he wanted antibiotics--without explaining what they were for. I had to ask. He then said, "It could be an upper respiratory infection." Could be? I need a doctor to be sure, not guess. He didn't prescribe anything because my dad is on multiple medications. My dad told the doctor to call his nephrologist to see what he can prescribe him since he's on multiple medications. I called this morning only to find out they're not prescribing anything since it's viral--information that was never told to us yesterday. And being told to follow up with his nephrologist made no sense at all. That's a kidney doctor. What does that have to do with a respiratory illness? The supervisor at the desk was really nice and the only person who seemed to know what she was doing. But overall, they seriously need REAL doctors who are confident, clear, and knowledgeable. I would NEVER go back to another CityMD. I'd rather sit in the emergency room--at least I know I'll be seen by real doctors who know what they're doing.

I knew I wouldn't be able to get into see my OBGYN until the following week, and since I was pregnant, I figured I better play it safe and get checked out. My insurance was sent a bill for $770 for the yeast infection test (a simple swab test), of which I was made to pay $180 out of pocket! An over the counter test at CVS costs $20. This is insanity.

The #1 Worst doctor's office in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Make sure you plan ahead by making an…read moreappointment if your gonna see one of the doctor's there or your gonna have to wait a few hours or so like the other people at the clinic. Crazy right ? When I was young, I remember coming to see Dr. Robin Chan. Like by far one of the coolest doctors you'll ever meet. This doctor is very knowledgeable, knows what he's talking about and is willing to help you with your medical problems. Unfortunately waiting to see him can take like 4'+ hours depending on how many patient he has to see. Recently I made an appointment to see a doctor because I had a really bad cough which lasted almost 2 weeks. One of the craziest things was that when I asked one of the clinic assistant who picked up my call was that she couldn't answer a simple question. Since my cough was pretty bad I wanted to see any doctor there within the shortest wait time and I asker her: "which doctor that's in today has the shortest wait time", and she replied: "I don't know" in my mind I was like what the hell, I'm asking her a simple question and she couldn't even answer it, Smh lol. I was you know what, forget it, I'll go to this horrible clinic and get it over with. Eventually I only had to wait like 2-3 hours for the fastest doctor and met up with another cool doctor and his name was Dr. Zhang. So in conclusion don't come here unless you have to and make sure to schedule an appointment so that the nurses and and clinic assistants actually pay attention to your needs.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn't take a nyc rat to be treated over here! This place is filthy…read more They barely speak English. It's hot. No air condition. Ceilings are so low. Windows are closed. Did I mention filthy? Even though I saw all of this, I thought to myself, "this is who my sons regular doctor referred me to since he's on vacation." My sons regular doctor, great person, great doctor, clean place, and he's very reassuring. So why he referred me here? I don't know. Now I'm inside. Before seeing the doctor, of course the assistant is doing her thing. Vitals, history, etc. the way she took my sons temperature: she stuck the thermometer underneath his arm pit with his shirt on. Read 97.3. "Ok no fever" is what she says. She asks me how tall is he. I say 36inches. She says no that to big. After she checks for herself, behold, my son is 36 inches. She weighs him with his clothes on. She doesn't get a heart rate. She tries to get a history and doesn't even know what we are saying because she barely speaks English. Fine. I'm still saying my sons regular doctor sent me here for a reason. Alas! The doctor finally comes, doesn't do a full assessment, and misdiagnosis him. I tried asking her several questions regarding what she said was the problem. After her reply, she just asked her so called assistant to print out something to explain to me what she diagnosed my son with. At this point, I took my son and left. I than took my son right away to the pediatric urgent care in Atlantic avenue. Clean, bright, friendly. The assistant came in, took full set of vitals. And guess what?! My sons temperature was 100.3. The doctor came in, did a thorough assessment and diagnosed my son with something other than this woman said. Had I not come to this urgent care, I would of been giving my son the wrong medication.
