Dr Goldstein has completely changed my life! I would not hesitate in recommending him. I had been…read moresuffering with back and neck pain for around ten years, I had seen countless doctors and therapists and frankly was on the verge of giving up on living a natural pain-free life without the use of strong pain-killers. On our first consultation Dr Goldstein was very quick to identify the source of my pain. His consultations were clear, informative and ultimately incredibly successful. I had a discectomy and fusion a year ago and I can (extremely) happily say I am totally pain free now. The first two weeks after surgery are a little bit of a blur and I relied heavily on my family for support in getting around, but soon I was making rapid progress. I have had around 6 months of PT since the surgery to help the muscles recover and relax. It is really worth the disruption of having the surgery, I am back to my usual happy self again, totally pain-free!

He dictated someone else's medical record in from of us. I think that is a HIPPA violation, but on the other hand, he is thorough. He did the surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery. Surgery went well, and my husband was released the same day with very little instructions. A few days later he was in immense pain and we contacted Dr. Goodwin who meet us that same day and gave us detailed instructions of how to care post-op. His bed side manner is non- existent. But he is very skilled. We are thankful for his great work. Side note- while I was in the waiting room, there was another wife whose husband did the same surgery the day before, but he was having pain, and dr Goodwin came back that night to check on him, noticed something was wrong, and eventually operated again. He made a full recovery. I was told if he didn't get the second surgery but was sent home he might've not been able to correct the issue and/or had life threatening damage.

Best care 100% quality he did surgery on my neck. Which changed my life. Highly recommend him.read more

As a long-time patient of Dr. Levin, one would expect that after three years of visits he would remember SOMETHING about my history. To illustrate this point, today I had questions about the product he recommended in a previous appointment, today he had no idea he was the one that gave that recommendation and to make matters worse he then asked "What do you have again? What's wrong with you?" The only time he showed any actual concern was when it came time for payment. If I could give Dr. Forman zero stars I would, unfortunately the score stats a 1. What he did, not…read moretried to do. He knowingly and intentionally over charged me on my co-payment. I have a $15 copay. He instructed his staff tell me my copay is $40. I said no it isn't, I always pay $15 no matter where I go for medical reasons. Here's a little background. I was told I have to show him my private documents from EOB from my health insurance holder. Those are private documents and not for him to view if I don't want him to. But he insisted on seeing them and I kept telling him no! Keep in mind Dr Forman is in my plan he must Obeid by the plan's rules/amount of copayment. Or else he is in violation of the terms of the contract with the insurance company he himself agreed to when joining into the plan. When my health Insurance rep called him with me on the phone. She asked him why he is charging me more than my copayment actually is ($15.) Dr Forman's exact words were " would you work for what your plan pays out?" My health insurance rep said, "your legally and contractually bonded to that amount and not allowed to charge more. You're in our network and under contract." We'll he didn't like that, he got nasty fast and hung up in her face. I had to fight with him (figuratively speaking) for two copays that he knowingly and willingly overcharged me for. Of which in time he unwilling paid back to me only because he knew he was caught! red handed. I later came to find I was not the only person he has been doing this too. I have to mention how he unethically, rudely, insultingly and disrespectfully in the company of others be they staff or patients as me. treats his staff. He absolutely is rude and disrespectful. I as well as my mother who accompanied me to his office witnessed the same behavior. He puts on a good show in front of people but once you start questioning why your copay is high, he turns into a different person. PS, his so-called billing lady is never in the office, because there is no billing lady as he states. I also spoke to one of his past employees, she said he has been doing his unsavory ways for a long time. Good luck to whomever goes to him. how he treats his staff is unequivocally rude and disrespectful. He puts on a good show in front of people but once you start questioning why your copay is high, he turns into a different person. Hence, Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. You been warned! As far as how good he is at his work, I don't know. I did not stay there long enough. I don't do business with those who try to get over on me.
