I watched it morph into Sears, now NYU Langone. I was a little concerned about the parking (based on what I had heard.) It was a snap and there was plenty of parking available. You walk into a very bright and clean facility with people here to help and guide you no matter where you are. The halls are also big, bright and wide with plenty of signage. My wife had filled out most of the paperwork ahead of time but there was still a small amount of information needed. The folks at the front desk were so friendly and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the quality of care here. You can also see that from all the people walking in and out. After a short wait my wife was called in to one of the exam rooms where we waited for the doctor. The visit went as good as it could be and everyone was extremely through and helpful. I hope you do too…read more This year, I received a message that my appointment was changed to Franklin Ave in Garden City. When I got there, I immediately recognized it as Sears. Wow. Who knew. One of the few retailers with a huge building and enormous covered parking outside of Roosevelt Field Mall. I remember buying tools and household items here. Now I am having blood work done. The renovation was well done. Same big parking lot. The amole parking is really a gem because parking can get tough in Garden City. The building is bright and clean. The sign in areas are large open spaces in the main hallways. You are called in to see your doctor. Everything looks modern. The halls are wide and spacious. Nothing feels cramped. I was only there for my yearly, so I do not know what other services they have. I was told that they can take care of a lot in building. My doctor is always kind and knowledgeable. Never pushy, even though I am resist to taking pills and medication. I try into keep a healthy lifestyle to prevent disease rather that seek treatment once getting it. I didn't see any wrenches or vacuums for sale.

She establishes rapport with her patients and she knows what she knows. Just because one doctor says one thing she knows whether they are credible or not. I like her as a doctor and if you choose to go to her. She's a decent doctor and you won't have a bad experience. Why not 4? I've had better doctors. Why not 5? I reserve 5 stars for the whoas so I rarely give it. But that doesn't mean she's not a good doctor. It's just the way I rate.

The medical office is in excellent condition, but a face lift that offers a welcoming environment, with modernized lighting would be an added pleasure to the waiting room. Meanwhile, the staff is friendly and very accommodating for waiting patients. Marius Leon Pessah, MD is my primary physician at this location. I have been incredibly pleased with my experiences with the doctor. He treats you with professionalism and care. Although the doctor does have a busy practice, I have been always able to schedule an appointment easily and I have received a response to any questions often the same day that I had called. I have consulted with other doctors in my life, and I am fortunate to find a MD that is knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Marius Leon Pessah, MD This a doctor that makes an investment in the health and well-being of his patients. Dr.Ajemian office's staff was able to connect me to him right away when I needed a prescription from him. At the 1st appointment he reads the forms they make you fill out and ask you about each thing you've written. He will spend time with you and listen to every concern you have and sincerely care! He involves you in your health plan. It's hard to get a first appointment with him but once you do you'll be happy to have such a great person on your health care team.
