DO NOT GO TO DR IRINA KRYM. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor in my entire…read morelife. To start, the lady answering the phone had an attitude all three times I ever called this office. I once called to let them know I wouldn't be able to make an appointment in advance, and she responded with, "girl--okay what do you want me to do??" Nonetheless, I rescheduled for another day. I had a 2:15pm appointment, and after waiting around for a while, I let the front desk lady know that I had to leave at 3:45pm for another appointment. She told me she was unsure if the doctor would be able to see me by then -- a whole hour and 15 minutes later. They only let me in when they realized I was going to leave. You walk in, and they ask you to pee in a disposable plastic cup with no lid, write your name on a piece of tape, and leave it on a desk in the open air. The nurse was nice, but I have never been belittled by a doctor the way I was here. Extremely rude, passive-aggressive, condescending, and arrogant while working in this dump of a place. I've recently moved to New York and came from seeing some of the top doctors in California, but she tried to convince me those doctors didn't know what they were talking about. I proceeded to tell her my conditions and the reasons I came in (which shouldn't make me special -- literally everyone who comes to a doctor is in need of help, so the standard practice should be kindness). Instead, she made fun of my pain and gaslit my conditions. I had to walk out mid-appointment because of Dr. Krym's attitude. I let her know she was extremely rude and that I was obviously coming in because I was in pain and needed help. She kept back-talking until the door slammed on my way out. Don't fall for the fake 5-star reviews like I did. DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

No business is perfect, and neither are the people that work there. But when you go to a health…read morefacility you expect quality care and professionalism as well as courtesy. All of these things can be hard to come by, but there is always that one person that makes a difference. I was involved in a serious car accident in January 2015 and I was referred by a colleague to Health Check. Going there 3 times a week you get to know the people who work there as well as their personalities. At times the wait can be long to see the doctor, all other services received there were no issues. I did not have any issues with the quality of care that I received. In early March, my mode of transportation became a serious issue and in order to continue my treatment I needed to find a facility closer to my home. There is young man who is there most of the time and I am sorry I did not get the chance to get his name. But, being a yelper, yelping is what I do. I checked Health Check before I went there and it was not that favorable. But I also noted some of the personalities of some of patients, and again no one is perfect. But this young man noticed that I was on yelp and that I checked in on every visit. We had a few yelp discussions and yelp laughs and I appreciated that. He also acknowledged me whenever he saw me, that too was appreciated. When switching from one facility to the next, there is code of professional protocol as well as coutesy. The new facility called and asked what needed to be done and followed instruction. It's now 10 days and my records still have not been received. A second call was made, and a conversation took place with the office manager and still to no avail no medical records were received. But today a week later, I made the call and I got that one young man who made a difference. I identified myself as the yelper when I heard his voice. I hit the jackpot! . He sent my medical records right over. That is what great customer service, professional courtesy and integrity are all about. I don't know what his name is, but he is what made a hell of a difference for me. You, will go far in life. Thank you for making a big difference in my life.

After I did my first treatment... the following week my face was so smooth and had this glow. I received so many compliments about the face and how I have this glow which is something I did not notice. So laser genesis is a treatment that boost the collage in your skin. She started off by removing dead cells first laser. This was a bit painful for me. It was like a pen that has crystals that scrub off dead cells. My face had a lot of nasty dead cells even though I wash and scrub my face daily. After she removes dead skin cells she proceeds to do laser all over my face. Its just heat but you feel it working. Your face feels tighter. Yara, who did the treatment on me, ensured me that I would see results. She assured me that I was not going to see it until a few days and continuous treatment. She was not lying. I love the results. I have been coming here for months now for the treatment. My acne is gone. My pores are smaller and my face tone has evened out. Their prices are very reasonable. They work with you. They do not pressure into buying services. I wanted to do a pricey treatment however yara assured me it was unnecessary for me and to just continue doing the genesis. Im so happy I found this place. It's everything in one.
