Upon pickup, they insisted on cash-only payment, despite the price change and my willingness to pay by card. I explained I didn't have sufficient cash due to the unexpected increase. They refused to RELEASE my boat or accept a card payment. I was forced to involve local law enforcement. When the sheriffs arrived, they confirmed that the business could not legally refuse card payment under these circumstances. Despite this, the staff and ownership were hostile, unprofessional. They have no transparency and raises legality of their billing practices. I would caution others before doing business here. Document everything.

Kyle, the sales person I was dealing with is fantastic. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Kyle got my trailer all taken care of on the business end and then turned me over to the service department to complete the work. Everyone in the service department is top notch. This has been the only boat repair service that I've ever left happy. All of the guys in the service department are very helpful and friendly, which I am not used to when dealing with boat people. They gave me a tour of their entire facility which is new, indoors and quite large. All of their repairs seem to happen in a large, clean and fully stocked Costco sized warehouse. They even have a fiberglass shop and paint booth. This place is fully stocked with Outboards, general boat gear and everything you could possibly need. It's extremely clean and well organized. Like anywhere else that's top notch, you might pay just a little more but it's definitely worth it. Worth it enough that I was inclined to write this review over a boat trailer. If you want a quality product with quality service to back it up, these guys are definitely who you want to go to. I went for the first time on 5/18 to actually look at the boats my husband had his eyes on. Matt wasn't there, but today we went again, and I met Matt, and he was all my husband said.
