If I could give it a zero, I would. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. I'm not understanding how they are staying in business.

Aaron Wagner of Wagner Tree Farm is good to work with if you are adding or replacing trees at your…read morehouse. He is knowledgable of the types of trees that do well in the Gulf Coast area of Brazoria and Galveston Counties. He has two different tree farms so it depends on what type of tree you are looking for as to where you will meet him to choose your trees. When we chose our trees, we had the choices of Pine, Live Oak, Water Oak, Red Oak, Elm, and Red Maple. At the time, he did not have a good selection of Nutall Oaks. He can scoop your current trees and replace them or he can add trees if that is what you need. He is using a hydraulic tree spade which weighs several tons so you will have some unavoidable ruts in your yard when he is finished. The prices you pay are much better for what you are getting. The trees you pick out are not the typical tree that is in a large black bucket that can cost several hundred dollars for a stick with leaves. These trees are more mature than "bucket" trees and immediately add depth and value to your landscaping. Wagner Tree Farm also stands behind their trees. Several neighbors and friends have used Wagner Tree Farms and we have not been disappointed. Tip: The location on the map is not the tree farm. Call Aaron and schedule an appointment to go see the trees. If you found this review to be useful, funny, or cool, please let me know below. Thanks for reading.

This is one of the best, if not the best, native nurseries in greater Houston in my opinion…read more Knowledgeable staff and high-quality offerings for your yard. With extreme weather events more and common, it's a great idea to introduce some native plantings to your yard.

I had a review up on Yelp with Natures way Resources & it wasn't a good review. I was upset that I…read morehad received 4 cubic yards of triple ground mulch & it had garbage all throughout it. It wasn't a little garbage, it was kitchen garbage bags full of plastics of all kinds. It was a mess. I tried reaching out to the company(by email to the person I was talking to about prices and how much I was ordering) but never heard back unfortunately. The reason that prompted me to write the review in the first place was months later, after receiving the mulch, I was pulling weeds & I was still picking garbage out of the mulch that the rain had washed up to the surface. It looked so incredibly trashy. After writing the review the company called & emailed me to reach out to apologize for the contamination of the mulch, explain that it wasn't their normal business practice & they pride themselves on great customer service & great products (which I've heard about from others in the past which made me choose this company since I was new to the area.) He explained that with Covid, things had gotten a little abnormal & the emails must've gotten lost in the shuffle for the response back about the situation. I greatly appreciated the company reaching back out to me (even after months later) to correct this. They offered to replace or refund my money. I took them up on the offer to replace half the mulch to cover the garbage/plastics on top of my front beds. I've given this company 5 stars because after all that was said & done.... they came through & corrected their mistake. I can understand accidents happening... we all make them. But for a company to right their wrongs, that's a good company to me. The Covid had messed everyone up & turned things upside down so that is totally understandable! I want to add that the delivery driver was friendly & she called both times to ask where I wanted it dumped(the driveway) when she got to my house. Thank you, David, for reaching back out to me to fix the accident. I appreciate the great customer service! I will be using this company again:)

Every single time I go I find incredibly unique items. They have all of the standard bedding plants, trees, shrubs, roses, etc. What sets this place apart is ALL of the rest. I have found something here literally every time that I have never seen before. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and my plants have always been healthy and happy. If I had a truck I'd be bringing home even more things. You can find 7-15' trees and shrubs for about an incredible value. Their standard bedding plants are $2.49. They do have a large variety of pots, garden accessories, water fountains, etc. For our native plant garden enthusiasts you will find everything you need here, including native milkweed. I have never had a problem with the service. But you do need to go and ask if you have questions or need help. They have always been great to me. If you are used to someone following you around to shop, just understand that won't happen here. I also frequent Warren's, they are lovely, it's simply a different experience. Do: Come early, it's huge and you'll want to take your time. Wear your gardening shoes, the paths are wet and have soil on them. Ask if you have a question or don't see a price sticker. Bring your water and prepare accordingly for outside temps in TX. No, they do not have a restroom. Which is NOT uncommon with our local nurseries. Just plan accordingly and you will be so thrilled you did. The driveways are easy to miss, go very slow on the approach. There are two driveway/entrances and two parking areas. There is ample parking, it just looks a bit daunting at first. This is truly a rare gem. It has everything you could want for all of our hearts desires. If it's rare, hard to find, unique or fun, you're more likely to find it here than anywhere else I've been in HOU or SA. Do yourself a favor and drop by.
