The price Javier gave me included critical upgrades, I got to keep my own transmission and was two-thousand less than my own mechanic for a stock transmission swap. On a final note, my font differential also needed to be rebuilt and Javier took the time to search for very hard to find out of production parts that were express shipped from California to save me money on my rental car. When I noticed that Hope Automotive had become Goose Automotive, I decided to give them a try. I was dealing with an issue on my 2014 Ford F-150 involving two "Not Ready" indicators related to the oxygen sensors during the State Emission Inspection. There are four oxygen sensors on the vehicle, and the manager advised that resolving the readiness issue could be challenging. They quoted $188 for the diagnostic and corrective work, which I approved. They kept the truck for several days and ultimately confirmed that the sensors themselves were functioning properly. They recommended that I drive the truck at least 100 miles and then return for a retest. I followed their guidance, brought it back in, and the vehicle passed the inspection without issue. I also had my wife's Toyota inspected during the visit. I found Goose Automotive to be friendly, informative, and fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them and give them a full five stars.

The interior of the truck was dirty, with visible mud inside and dirt prints on the steering wheel. In addition, there was damage to the back of the vehicle and scratches along the side. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the shop owner, he stated that he had no knowledge of the damage. I also had my Honda vehicle at the same repair shop during the same time period. When I initially inspected the Honda while picking up my truck, I did not observe any damage to the interior or exterior. However, when I later returned to pick up the Honda, I noticed that the interior light above the mirror was broken and hanging down. When I asked about this damage, the shop owner again stated that he did not know how it occurred and explained that he did not personally work on the vehicle, instead directing responsibility toward the employees. The employees did not provide an explanation and appeared unwilling to take responsibility for the damage. Overall, the shop demonstrated a lack of accountability for damages that occurred while my vehicles were in their care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this repair shop to others, as the owner failed to take responsibility for the damages and instead placed blame on his workers.And they drove around in my car when I picked up my Honda the repair guy said you need to go put gas and the car had lots of gas in it when we dropped it off don't trust them!
