I called because I saw my anchor was rusted away and the toilet was rocking.... My toilet is still rocking and now my toilet is having issues flushing. 3. Customer service. I have called times. Larry, my plumber, arrived on time and fixed 2 of the three issues in about an hour. The third issue warranted the ordering of a part, which was received within a short period of time. Larry quickly identified that the part was faulty, reordered it, and came back quickly after the holidays to replace it. All fixes were explained, and there were no extra hidden costs. As a homeowner, sometimes finding trustworthy contractors/businesses can be risky, but Grade A plumbing came through and did the work I needed when I needed it with no issues. Being a Saturday, they could not obtain a replacement for my faulty shower handle cartridge, but they did temorarily disable the cartridge until it could be replaced the following Monday. I had called another company out the previous day, but they left with the faulty cartridge still leaking. So I appreciated that Roto-Rooter made the extra effort to disable the cartridge. They finished the job the following Monday on time and efficiently. I will not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs.
