For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs.
