FINAL RECOMMENDATION: Not recommended for plumbing needs. Poor accountability post job…read more Stand behind your workmanship when a customer reports a concern at the time of installation instead of relying solely on an expired labor warranty years later. If a newly installed fixture does not function correctly before the technician leaves, ensure the issue is fully resolved rather than assuring the customer it will "adjust" over time. Clearly explain and document parts and labor warranty terms in writing before the work begins. Finally, recommend only the repairs that are necessary. In my case, the original faucet had functioned properly for nearly 27 years, yet the entire hose bib assembly was replaced to address a cracked copper pipe. I relied on that professional recommendation, but the replacement faucet never shut off properly from the day it was installed. Greater accountability, better quality control, and stronger post-installation support would have prevented this experience. TechnicIan: Mikel Pjetrushi ( left the company) Owner: Lou ( would stick to one year labour warranty ) despite informing the technician it not currently installed.

He only charged me the price he quoted me over the phone, even though the one thing took longer than expected for him to fix. He fixed my slowly draining tub when another plumber wanted to tear into one of my walls, and charge me a couple thousand dollars! I'm going to cancel my monthly service fee with the other company! He respected my property - he wore shoe covers, and even cleaned up when he was done. I'm embarrassed to say, my faucet handles are shiner now than before he arrived. I'm so happy my toilet is no longer growling at me after I flush it, and can now take a shower without standing in a tub of water. I highly recommend Barci, and plan on using them again - hopefully for a renovation soon!

I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing. I will certainly use Rick Lucas Plumbing in the future, and I would strongly recommend giving him a call for your Plumbing needs.
