I was pretty disappointed with having to wait as long as we did. Were told we could come at 11 and sometimes he is a little earlier. Having to drive an hour to get there we arrived around 10:30 and waited. We waited until 11:10 before we called. 4 tries went to voicemail. Then finally an answer on the 5th try at 11:30. He was at another location. While our installer, Hector, was great and quick and super polite I was dissatisfied with the appointment times. If you tell someone to be somewhere at a certain time then that is an appointment and a call could have been made to say you would be later. Having to sit and wait two hours with a child is not very good service for an appointment. We had to come to you not have you come to our home. Thank you Hector for a great job. read more

Had my rear bay window broken on a Friday night. They were one of the few auto glass shops opened on a Saturday. Called them for a quote and informed me they would need to order the part directly from Toyota and would call me later for the estimate. Unfortunately they didn't answer and she left a message for Toyota to call her back. She gave me a call back with a status and once she did would call me again. I needed to replace my windshield and started to research places near my area. This was after 5 when most businesses were closed. I thought I would get a head start. Fortunately, I found Hour Auto Glass and they were still open. I made the call and scheduled the next day. I was given a time window of when the installer would show up. I got concerned when that time has passed and no one called. I called Hour Auto Glass back and she told me the installer was running into a delay and will contact me directly. I waited another 30 minutes and sure enough he did. When he finally showed up, he went to work right away and got the job done in about an hour. I didn't get his name, but he was friendly and easy going guy. In the end, I was able to get my windshield fixed in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Amazing service! Prior to contacting this business I had contacted three other businesses regarding a chip in my windshield. Two of the businesses wanted my VIN number and the third took too long to respond. When I called Hour Auto the lady who answered the phone was extremely professional and kind. This immediately had my attention. I told her my situation (a chip in my windshield that needed to be repaired). She kindly asked me if the chip was bigger than a quarter, to which I replied, "No.". She then gave me a quote that was so below what I was anticipating I was immediately elated. She told me someone would arrive between 1-3pm and I would receive a text or call 30 minutes before their arrival. At approximately 1:30pm I received a phone call from the repair person letting me know he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He arrived as promised, did an awesome job of fixing my windshield and only took 20 minutes! I loved the fact that this company has someone come to your home, therefore there is no waiting in an shop, and I was free to do what I needed to get accomplished at home while waiting for the repair man. I wish I could give a 10 star review. Had to have windshield replaced in a car that has many sensors. They programmed all sensors and were well below the quoted price to replace glass from dealer. Fast forward a few months and I realized my windshield wipers were not working. After some googling, I found the sensor that controlled wiper speed and realized it was not functioning correctly. Called the company and they were out to fix it an hour later. Wonderful customer service and great to work with. Would be my first call if I needed another auto glass repair. read more

Although it did not get off to a great start with my wind shield repair request, hour auto glass team went above and beyond in resolving my windshield repair request to my satisfaction. The first time their technician replaced my front windshield, it wasn't installed properly which threw my sensor settings off rendering them ineffective (lane assist, road departure warning). Upon bringing this to the manager's notice, she promptly sent another technician at the next available appointment to replace the entire windshield again, with the correct installation process. The sensor settings worked as expected after 2nd installation and I couldn't be happier. The technicians were punctual, explained what they are going to do and answered all the questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them specially due to their customer service. The tech showed up promptly and did a great job. He vacuumed out the broken glass and installed the window taking care of the actuator. Called and they could do it on Monday, for $350, and come to my house. Pedro was highly efficient but took his time making sure he got all the broken glass out. Called this company July 2022 for a quote for a windshield. I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appt. When the technician came he did the job, and gave me a different price for the job once he was DONE! Not only did the not honor the price they gave but the technician ended up breaking my side mirror. Since they quoted me a different price they refused to fix what their technician broke and and won't even respond when I contact them. Don't use this company. Wow!!! My longtime bf came in Wednesday night and told me my passenger door window was smashed in sometime in the wee hours. I went out there in a panic and nothing was stolen but glass was everywhere. I called my insurance and they were sending a dispatch to Safelite (shhh...) at night. I looked and they didn't have anything for 6 days open. Then, on Thursday morning I looked for more auto glass people and saw "Hour Auto Glass"! They are AMAZING! They ordered the window glass today and came out at 5:15 p.m. tonight and put it in....at home! The window installer was Marvin E. and he was very nice, professional, super and he even vacuumed up all the glass! They take insurance but my deductible is $100. It was supposed to be $195 but then they said it's only $169. I'd rather not deal with a claim. "Hour Auto Glass" has the BEST PRICES and VERY QUICK! I'm pretty sure my window will get busted again.....so I will call them up in the future! No complaints...the best!!!! read more
