Walking into a great gym isn't just about the equipment--it's about the feeling you get the moment…read moreyou step inside, and this place absolutely delivers on that. From day one, what stood out the most wasn't just the machines or the layout, but the people. The staff here truly set the tone for everything, and they do an incredible job creating an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and full of positive energy. The team is consistently friendly and approachable. Whether you're brand new and figuring things out or someone who's been training for years, they treat everyone with the same level of respect and attention. You never feel judged or out of place. If you have a question about a machine, need help with form, or just want a quick tip, they're always ready to help--and they do it with genuine enthusiasm, not like it's a chore. One thing that really stands out is how attentive and proactive the staff are. They're not just standing around--they're engaged, making sure the gym stays clean, organized, and running smoothly. Equipment is well-maintained, weights are re-racked, and everything feels taken care of. That level of detail makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The energy in this gym is on another level. It's the kind of place that motivates you the second you walk in. There's a strong, positive vibe that pushes you to do better, train harder, and stay consistent. You see people focused, working toward their goals, but also encouraging each other--it creates a powerful sense of community. Whether it's a busy peak hour or a quieter time of day, that good energy is always there. Another thing worth mentioning is how inclusive the environment feels. It doesn't matter your fitness level--everyone belongs here. Beginners feel comfortable starting their journey, and experienced lifters still get everything they need for a serious workout. That balance is hard to find, but this gym manages to do it effortlessly. Overall, this is more than just a place to work out--it's a place you actually look forward to going to. Between the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and well-maintained space, and the consistently great energy, it creates an experience that keeps you coming back. If you're looking for a gym where you feel supported, motivated, and welcomed every single time, this is definitely the spot.

I've been a member of this gym for years, and unfortunately I'm now seriously considering canceling…read moremy membership because of an issue that should have been very simple to resolve. For approximately two months, I have repeatedly raised concerns about the ventilation and fan settings in the HIIT Zone and the studios used for Zumba and cycling. These are intense, high-energy classes, yet the fans are running extremely slowly and appear to be set to pull the air upward rather than circulate it down into the workout area. During classes, the room becomes so uncomfortable that I often cannot make it through even half the class without feeling like I can't breathe properly or perform at my normal level. I spoke with staff members on three separate occasions and was told the issue would be addressed. I eventually spoke directly with the manager by phone and explained that I have a medical condition, including hypertension, and specifically asked whether the fan adjustment could be treated as an accommodation. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I simply asked them to increase the fan speed during these intense classes or, since the fan controls are locked inside a cage, allow appropriate access so the fan could be increased during class and lowered afterward if energy cost was the concern. The manager told me that he would increase the fan speed immediately after our phone call. Unfortunately, nothing changed. What is most disappointing is that I have been trying to resolve this for about two months. I didn't immediately leave a negative review--I spoke to staff multiple times and then management because I genuinely wanted to give the gym an opportunity to fix the problem. I really hate the idea of leaving because Dom and Joy teach some of my favorite classes and they are excellent trainers. But paying for a membership when I cannot properly participate in the classes because of inadequate airflow doesn't make sense. At this point, I'm considering canceling my membership and finding a gym that takes members' concerns seriously, especially when someone has clearly explained that the issue affects a medical condition. After years of membership, I expected better communication and a reasonable effort to resolve something as simple as adjusting a fan. The 2 stars are for Dom and Joy

I can't actually speak to the gym experience, how good the classes are, anything like that. What I…read morecan say is that the staff here is INCREDIBLE. I came in with my landlord who is older(75+) and her doctors told her to lose some weight. So we came in and the lady at the front desk, Stephanie, was amazing, and then Liz, one of the trainers came over, spent 20-25 minutes with us explaining the programs they have, what she should be doing, all of it. Now, let me finish this by saying I'm a 39 year old guy, in decent shape, do my thing at the gym. I was BLOWN AWAY by the way Liz and Stephanie handled my elderly landlord. They didnt sell her on "yea, sign up for 10 weeks and u can lose the 20 lbs your doctor is saying"... completely understood that she has no gym experience, and that it isn't the weight or a number, its about being in good shape physically. The way Liz and Stephanie took the time, explained everything, handled an elderly person's questions about a gym (her never setting foot in a gym until now)... Just amazing, wow, 5 stars
