I first…read morejoined for the Boot Camp and TRX style classes but found that my 50+ year old body was not responding to that so well, even though I was loving the workouts, so I decided to swap out a workout day for a day of yoga instead. I was intimidated at first. I have some, but not a lot of experience with yoga and the idea of doing it in a heated environment made me nervous. They have 60- and 90-minute classes. I started with the 60 min Yoga Basics class which is not a beginner class necessarily, its challenging for sure, but sticks to the more rudimentary poses and movements. It's a great class for all levels and the heated room was actually very nice. I was concerned I would feel like I was suffocating but that was not at all the case. It felt great and I was totally sweaty by the end of class. It's a damn good workout and everyone is very supportive and friendly. Since I've incorporated yoga 2 days a week into my regular routine and dropped the hard work outs down to only 2 days a week I'm feeling MUCH better. Less injury, more bendy, and continued to increase my strength. Bean and the gym staff are all great at what they do. Heather and rest of the yoga instructors are wonderful as well. I'm loving UFF and the range of options they offer! The only thing that I would warn anyone about is they are not super great at providing instruction in the boot camp and TRX classes. Most of the members are fairly experienced athletes and there's a lot of assumption that everyone knows what they're doing and what weight they should be using. In a class of 20+ people they don't have a lot of time to coach an individual person. I am not shy and will almost always ask for help if I'm not sure, but not everyone feels comfortable doing that. I can definitely say that when I have asked for help, I get wonderful feedback and assistance. If you're new at this type of fitness you can schedule a one-on-one with a trainer to help you sort out a lot of things ahead of time, so you don't hurt yourself during a class. 10/10 highly recommend!

Back in April 2018 I was…read moreready for a major lifestyle change mainly because I just felt unhealthy, looked out of shape (which in turn gave me low self esteem) and needed to be in better shape (cardiovascular & strength wise) for the fitness tests I need to pass every year. I was searching for a personal trainer for quite some time before finally coming across Body By Vlad. I contacted Vlad and he got back to me quickly assessing my needs, not just "oh you want to work out" but more in-depth questions about my health goals, lifestyle goals and what I feel I need to do to be my best self. After the assessment I met Vlad in person at the gym to have measurements taken and go over what the program was about. After that day I started working out with him twice a week and other days I worked out I followed the workout plan he created specifically for my fitness goals. Working out with Vlad was awesome, he made sure exercises weren't repeated to keep my interest along with my body's interest (repeats for the body aren't effective), he pushed me to the limit every time (I'd be drenched in sweat), he made sure all exercises were performed correctly and he was always very courteous, outgoing, professional and caring. The best thing about working about with Vlad though was/is the results. I saw results very quickly (& my skin was AMAZINGLY clear) which boosted my self esteem through the roof and gave me the confidence I needed for my fitness test. I was in awesome shape and knew for a fact I'd pass my test no problem, major stress relieved. The results were also achieved through the meal plan Vlad had me following, very easy plan because you eat what you want but make healthy choices based on the list of healthy foods he gives you. I bet your wondering why everything seems to be past tense well that's because in September 2018 my husband and I found out we were expecting the baby we had be trying for since August 2018 Trying didn't take long at all and I have a strong feeling it had everything to do with the shape my body was in. Carrying on fitness and healthy eating through out my pregnancy did wonders for my baby and I, for the most part I always had good energy levels (except the1st trimester lol), I felt strong, didn't gain unnecessary amounts of weight, was low risk for all pregnancy ailments (minor and major) and naturally delivered a completely healthy 7lb 15oz baby girl with no pain medicine or intervention from medical staff what's so ever. After delivery I still feel very strong and did not keep unnecessary pregnancy weight. I definitely still eat very healthy and exercise just not with Vlad because as a stay at home mom it's hard to get to a gym these days Once my daughter is older and I can get back to the gym on a regular basis I will be back in the gym with Vlad and encourage anyone looking to improve their lifestyle and health to contact Body By Vlad ASAP, you will seriously be glad you did. **I've included a picture of my measurements just to show how quickly my body was changing.

Been going here everyday for the past week in the mornings and it's a really nice gym…read more Not too busy at the time I go, but there are a lot of machines to use in general. Very clean, well kept, and the staff is always cleaning throughout the day. $24.99 for the Black Card Membership. You can go to all Planet Fitness locations and you can bring a guest with you as well. I'll be going here for a while because the price plus the extra amenities (massage chairs, water beds, etc) make it that much more worth it. Check it out! P.S. - They are not open 24 hours like they used to be. Fridays they close at 9 and Sat/Sun is from 7-7. That is the only drawback because I do like my late night workout sessions!

I had left two bottles of tanning lotion in the room on accident, number 2 to be specific. I called immediately after and the front desk said they would hold on to it for me with my name and phone number. I came back the next day and he said they were both thrown away, but my name and number were available to contact? Young guy long hair. I've been in the customer service industry for too long to know they did NOT throw them away. I told the kid it's okay if someone took them... but nothing. Anyways the gym is fine... it does what you need, but I don't trust the front desk now. Seems that if you forget something, you won't get it back.
