The product selection here is great -- they've got a solid inventory of 3D products, no complaints…read moreat all about that. The real issue is customer service. It's very hit or miss. About half the time you'll run into attitude instead of help, especially from the guy with the tattoos. To be fair, there is another employee whose customer service is always excellent, but he's rarely there when I go. That inconsistency makes it frustrating. On one visit I was even told they were "too busy to help," which is not something any customer wants to hear. I ended up ordering my 3D products from Amazon instead -- faster and no hassle. If they improved their customer service, I'd gladly come back. Until then, just know you may not get treated the way you should as a customer.

Wow! What a great experience I had with Webster's Interiors and Upholstery!!…read moreThe owner, Robert, was amazing from the beginning to the end. I had a family heirloom channel back chair that needed to be reupholstered. Robert got back to me the same day that I left a voicemail. He answered all my questions, gave me lots of information and a quote. He kept me up to date on the progress, and was spot on with his price quote and finish date. On top of Robert being a pleasure to work with, his upholsterer, Ramon, did an absolutely beautiful job on recovering and hand tucking my very special chair. The chair is gorgeous, and exceeded all my expectations! These guys know what they are doing, and it's no wonder they have been in business for many, many years! Sincerely, Tammy Curran

The foam had shifted and you were basically sitting on a metal bar. The original owners tried to solve it by sticking hand towels up in the works, but they weren't helping much. I drove into Star at 8:20am, was greeted by Eddie, explained what I needed and he immediately began to remove the chairs. Eddie cleanly removed the original covers, installed a new support system and new foam, had me "test drive" one for firmness, and I was out of there with completely refurbished seats by 11:30am (for a very reasonable price.)
