About half the time you'll run into attitude instead of help, especially from the guy with the tattoos. To be fair, there is another employee whose customer service is always excellent, but he's rarely there when I go. That inconsistency makes it frustrating. On one visit I was even told they were "too busy to help," which is not something any customer wants to hear. I ended up ordering my 3D products from Amazon instead -- faster and no hassle. If they improved their customer service, I'd gladly come back. Until then, just know you may not get treated the way you should as a customer.

The foam had shifted and you were basically sitting on a metal bar. The original owners tried to solve it by sticking hand towels up in the works, but they weren't helping much. I drove into Star at 8:20am, was greeted by Eddie, explained what I needed and he immediately began to remove the chairs. Eddie cleanly removed the original covers, installed a new support system and new foam, had me "test drive" one for firmness, and I was out of there with completely refurbished seats by 11:30am (for a very reasonable price.)
