Their honesty, educational approach, and understanding of my requests were greatly appreciated. I was usually an extra 30-45min just to example to be the pro and con or just answering my questions. I am typically very selective about who I allow to work on my vehicle. However, from the moment I entered their establishment to inquire about a basic estimate for my initial plan of installing air suspension, I never felt as though they were solely interested in acquiring my money. Furthermore, I was under significant time constraints, with only two weeks to complete a substantial amount of work. They collaborated with me and even worked (almost 2 hours past closing) overtime to ensure that my vehicle was completed on schedule. Additionally, whenever the project exceeded their initial projections, they would promptly contact me, either by phone or text message, to provide updates and seek my approval. And even discount the cost when I didn't even ask which help me alot and even lyft ride to and back. I was genuinely surprised by their willingness to go above and beyond in these seemingly minor aspects. These small gestures greatly contributed to my trust in their expertise and professionalism, ultimately leading me to confidently recommend their services to my friends and family. In conclusion, I am highly satisfied with the outcomes of their work and the reasonable costs incurred. I would definitely consider them again for future projects. I've been here years before with my old car and they did great work then too, so I felt confident coming back. The alarms they use are high quality and work very well. The installation itself was very professionally done, and the alarm works exactly as I wanted, it's very sensitive and reliable, which gives me great Peace of Mind, especially with all the break ins that have been happening in the neighborhood recently. The guy who worked on our car was friendly and the receptionist was friendly as well. They did have to special order a part because the tilt sensor module didn't fit our car, so we had to wait an extra 1-2 weeks. Once the part came in, he installed it very quickly. Their prices are very fair, we called a couple of other shops and they were definitely more expensive compared to Bakersfield car and audio. After they completed the initial repair, they told us the car was ready. However, during their own test drive, significant engine damage occurred, and the vehicle became completely inoperable. Instead of taking responsibility for what happened while the car was in their care, the shop downplayed their role and focused on how much time and money they claimed to have invested in the vehicle. We paid them $1,500 to begin service, but the result of their work left us without a working car and facing an even larger repair bill. At no point before the test drive did they warn us of the possibility of engine damage, and their diagnostics prior to beginning the repair failed to flag the very issues they later used to excuse themselves from any responsibility. I do not know if these people are cosplaying as mechanics or what, but their entire operation is a joke. A functioning car became inoperable in the hands of so-called professionals. The salvage car business might suit them better. At least there, destroying cars is part of the process. I strongly advised others to believe the one-star reviews before trusting this place with their car. What happened to us was not just careless, it was unacceptable. The owner is a very nice gentleman and they did such a good job the first time it happened that I took it back about 1 year later when it happened again, in LA. They patched it so I wouldn't get rained on both times. The shops in LA would've charged or refused to patch it. I really appreciate Lupe and the work his crew does. Thank you!
