They've never tried to oversell anything. Today I'm here in need of some servicing (nail repair, sensor alert). They explained what issues they found and gave me options and pricing and let me decide if I wanted the one sensor that was triggered replaced or all sensors replaced since there was others that were showing potential issues in the future. The rep again wasn't pushy whatsoever which was awesome. I'm glad this shop is close to my house. This is definitely my go to tire place.

My poor tires have fell victim to nails and screws. BBT staff are very polite on the phone, and this is very helpful when you are feeling frustrated by a screw in your tire. Each time I have been able to make a same day appointment within 2 hours to have my tire taken care of. Thankfully, each time the issue was easily fixed fairly quickly because the repair was in the tread and my tread was still good. Both repairs were FREE! This is definitely the place to go if you need a tire repaired or replaced. They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional.
