The leather in my car on my center console lid had been cracking for quite some time and I was stressed about it. My husband located this business and sent me here to get it fixed. I had my daughter with me who I believe was about 1.5 years old at the time, so she was obsessed with walking around and getting in to things. This made it a little challenging for me to discuss everything i needed, but everyone who helped me was super patient with me and very sweet to my daughter as well. I was worried I would have to leave my car here which is my main mom mobile, but they were able to send someone out to pop off the lid safely without damaging anything and keep that to reupholster rather than needing my car for an extended period. It took about a week total. When I went back out, I was so impressed with the quality of work and it looked even better than the original leather did! Super impressive and they were equally patient and kind upon pickup. Pricing was also reasonable! I would highly recommend them to anyone..

We had saved 15-20 African hides from hunts 20+ years ago hoping there was some way she could use them to reupholster the chairs. Once she started unrolling hides, her eyes lit up and it was like a kid in a candy store as she started mixing/matching/measuring/planning. My wife and I do not have that kind of "brain for designing" so we were grateful Melissa was enthusiastic to take on the challenge. We gave her complete designer control and she did an amazing job. The finished product was beyond our expectations--utilizing 5 different animal hides in a very creative and tasteful combination. We were so happy with the work and interactions with Melissa that next we brought in a leather couch that needed the cushions repaired. Unable to find an acceptable leather match, and since the back of the couch is against a wall, Melissa took leather from the back of the couch, replaced the tops of the cushions and then replaced the back of the couch with an economical (and nearly matching) substitute for the original thick irreplaceable leather. Great idea and the couch looks great. Melissa is one of the friendliest, most artistic and talented people I have had the pleasure to meet. Hopefully we will find some more projects for her (we still have lots of hides!).

The owner himself helped me out and even gave me tips on doing it (very surprised, as most won't since they're not getting the labor job). Cut three pieces of material from his shop to match mine, showed me which I had so I could make sure I agreed, charged me and I was out the door within 10 minutes. Definitely returning to this shop next time I need anything. Also, very fair prices; paid $36 for my headliner material.
