This review has been stewing in my brain for a long time. I wanted to acknowledge this place for…read moreamazing customer service and a very high quality product. The leather in my car on my center console lid had been cracking for quite some time and I was stressed about it. My husband located this business and sent me here to get it fixed. I had my daughter with me who I believe was about 1.5 years old at the time, so she was obsessed with walking around and getting in to things. This made it a little challenging for me to discuss everything i needed, but everyone who helped me was super patient with me and very sweet to my daughter as well. I was worried I would have to leave my car here which is my main mom mobile, but they were able to send someone out to pop off the lid safely without damaging anything and keep that to reupholster rather than needing my car for an extended period. It took about a week total. When I went back out, I was so impressed with the quality of work and it looked even better than the original leather did! Super impressive and they were equally patient and kind upon pickup. Pricing was also reasonable! I would highly recommend them to anyone..

Wow! What a great experience I had with Webster's Interiors and Upholstery!!…read moreThe owner, Robert, was amazing from the beginning to the end. I had a family heirloom channel back chair that needed to be reupholstered. Robert got back to me the same day that I left a voicemail. He answered all my questions, gave me lots of information and a quote. He kept me up to date on the progress, and was spot on with his price quote and finish date. On top of Robert being a pleasure to work with, his upholsterer, Ramon, did an absolutely beautiful job on recovering and hand tucking my very special chair. The chair is gorgeous, and exceeded all my expectations! These guys know what they are doing, and it's no wonder they have been in business for many, many years! Sincerely, Tammy Curran

I recently hired a rug cleaning company, and while the owner was incredibly friendly and polite,…read morethe overall experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I was impressed by the owner's demeanor, and being referred by a good friend, I had a greater level of trust in the work. The main issue was a noticeable water stain from a leak that needed to be addressed. He only noticed the stain after completing the work and said it was too hot to work on it at that moment, promising to return on another day to ensure its removal. Unfortunately, despite his assurances, the stain remained untouched. When I followed up with him, his response was far from professional. He insisted on being paid in advance before making any further attempts to remove the stain. To add to my frustration, he claimed that the stain was weeks or even months old, when in fact it was only six days old. This was particularly frustrating, as I had already paid for the service without seeing the final outcome, relying on his initial promise to finish the job. While the owner's friendliness is commendable, the quality and reliability of the service are highly questionable. I am left with a rug that still has the original water stain and a sense of regret for having trusted this company. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for thorough and dependable rug cleaning. $200 less with a water stain carpet on the floor.
