The item was at the pick up counter but the manager Jose refused to give it to me. It was on the counter. It was paid for. He said he had to send it back but I could reorder it. What sense does that make? I still have not received a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! It's a rip off.

I was trying to get a strip of poster board 1 inch tall and 17 inches wide, laminated, to change…read morethe phone number and name on a sign. My plan was to stick the laiminated correction onto the sign. I was told to call after 2 pm when Staples supervisor came in to work to get a quote how much this littie strip would cost me. She said the strip cost $2.00 but I had to use THEIR POSTERBOARD, not my finished product, so they know your job will be compatible with the lamination machine. Well supervisor told me the posterboard cost $12.00 so she quoted my little 1 inch strip by 17 inches long, to cost $14 plus tax! I think I got something laminated over 10 years ago, and I brought my own materials in. I called FedEx, which is closer to my house anyways. Their charge is just $4.95 for the 18 inch x 10 inch lamination sheet sleeve. The $4.95 includes the lamination, so I ws out $4.95 plus 28 cents for tax. The employee did it for me, too. So 5 Yelp stars for Fed Ex and 1 star for Staples.

Back then I used to get my paper from them for personal art projects and stationery that I was making. Fast-forward to now I have a daughter who is a graphic designer and was looking for a specific type of paper for her printer. And apparently this paper is really hard to find and Kelly paper does not have it For her inkjet printer, but they were very helpful in trying to help us find something suitable. I would go back again if I needed any other specialty papers because they will give you samples to take home and see if it works how you need it to be. It's kind of hard to find so definitely pay attention to your GPS if you've never been. It will seem like you're going down an alley or driving on abandoned railroad tracks and you are, but then you'll come across the store and every time I've been I've been the only customer so plenty of parking.

No, you aren't dreaming! Perry Arenson runs this store with the best of the best. I went to several other stores before but won't waste my time doing that ever again. I am forever coming back to Arensons. I wanted an odd shaped quality table to fit in a small conference room. Looked online and knew it was going to take a long time to deliver and lots of money. Perry knew exactly what I was describing and had it ready in just a few minutes. They assisted with all the new furniture for our office remodel. Perry was relaxed, no pressure or hype, just genuinely nice. Loved hearing the story of his dad. A few days later a thank you note from him. I am forever his customer.

He's being paid to do next to nothing 90% of the time, but the second a customer actually needs help, the attitude comes out. He was literally yanking merchandise out of my hand during my return. As more customers started lining up behind me with returns, he loudly and begrudgingly yelled, "Is anyone actually buying?" You'd think he had a personal stake in the company's profits. Customer service costs nothing. If helping customers is that much of an inconvenience, this probably isn't the right job. Stay in your lane, Nacho.
