So it's not a 5 star hotel, but guess what? This was my second time in 7 years and it's still immaculate, close to everything (esp i Termini) The staff is really amazing and friendly and you will not be dissapointed. Most people complain about the rooms being small - well, most rooms in Italian hotels are small anyway, and if you want to waste all your money and stay in a 5 Star hotel where you just sleep, that is your choice. The bed was so damn comfortable! The water pressure was excellent and HOT, and the towels were like bath sheets and snow white!
I highly reccomend this hotel and very glad I made it my choice once again. It's a 5 minute walk to the train station and about a 20 minute walk to the Collosseo.
I love this place and it is 5 stars in my book!
The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you get a room above the 1st Floor (il Primo Piano) or you will here the subway below when they make their turns underground. But after my first night, and of course after some awesome wine, it didn't bother me because I fell asleep so fast in their amazing bed! read more
