My concern is not that the hotel allows pets--it's the lack of cleanliness throughout the property. I am staying in Room 209, and upon arrival, the floors had not been swept, and there was hair throughout the bathroom. The entire second floor has a strong odor of dog urine and feces. Even more concerning, I observed what appeared to be pet urine and feces in the common areas, extending from the dining area through the lobby and hallways. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. If my room were not prepaid, I would be checking out immediately and booking a room at a Marriott property. I will also be sharing this experience on multiple hotel review sites because travelers deserve to know the conditions before booking. I do want to make it clear that this review is not a reflection of the front desk associate, Ale. She was professional, kind, and very accommodating. When I requested a broom and room spray because of the condition of my room, she happily provided both, and I returned them shortly afterward. Ale provided excellent customer service despite the hotel's housekeeping and cleanliness issues.

Check in was a breeze and the lovely lady working the evening I got into town was happy and just extremely pleasant to deal with. she got me on my way in a few moments after I arrived. Rooms were good sized and very clean- as were all areas of the establishment: Common areas, hallways etc. Bed was comfy, and the hot water was hot - without having to wait forever. Perfect. In the morning, they offer what I would say is one of the best free breakfasts I've had in quite some time. Coffee was not only hot, but tasted very good - a rare find these days. The hot offerings changed daily and pretty much every dietary preference was covered in some fashion. the folks doing kitchen duty were obviously very dedicated to their jobs, and it showed. Round it all out with an indoor pool and fitness center as well as a small outdoor patio seating area, and you have a very good place to unwind after a long day of meetings or whatever it is that brings you to town. Overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely use this location again if back in the area.

My experience was horrible, please do not stay here!…read more First off, when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for awhile and eventually a woman named Holly came. She greeted me with a "yeah?" - not what I expected for a 3-star hotel with a 4-star rating on Google. I asked if it was possible to check in early, since I arrived two hours prior to the check-in time of 3 pm. Holly said, "no," which is fine; I didn't expect her to say, "yes." Then I asked if they could hold my luggage while I went out to eat with my daughter. Holly's response was, "someone asked me that earlier today and I said, 'No.'" So now I have 2 hours to kill before check-in, 3 pieces of luggage, a tired teenager, and I'm hungry. I asked if she had any recommendations for what I could do. She scoffed at me and said, "no." I then went on to ask if I could leave my daughter in the lobby by herself while I went to get food. Instead of answering me, she asked, "What's your last name?" Holly decided to go ahead and check me in early, which I appreciate, but her attitude was poor the entire time. Eye rolling, scoffing, shaking of the head. Then I get to the room. So many things were wrong with it. Flashing lights, a hole in the bathroom wall, a detachable shower faucet, discolored and rusty walls in the bathroom, and a shower curtain rod that's breaking free from the wall.
