Went back again today and only 4 people in line and still waited 30 mins. There were people checking out with full carts, people with returns that took forever. The staff takes forever as of they were new and they have been there for years. They never seen to have enough staff there at the registers. Also there were no one at self checkout and an employee there just standing around when they could have stepped up to the register to keep the line moving. With all this being said they need to have one return line only and a check out line for everyone else Who doesn't want to do self check out.

Also, the associates are friendly; I was browsing some items on a shelf and an associate indicated to me that the basket full of towels next to the endcap are also clearance items that have yet to be placed on there. Clearly, this store wants the shoppers to buy their stuff AND they are attentive to the shoppers at their store. My cashier was friendly too. Well I recently went back because I saw a purse on Instagram that I loved and it was from H&M so I had to check it out. That combined with the fact that I realized a large part of my wardrobe used to be here. Well H&M you killed it. It's so clean and the newer setup is so nice and generally pretty easy to shop. There is a good flow to the store. This was the nicest store at the time, especially when compared to Forever 21 which was a hot mess. I walked out with a few items but I really wanted to highlight one of the one young girls working - I didn't catch her name , but she was so nice and started up a natural conversation with me about one of the items I was looking at. Just visited the store this morning to make a quick purchase. As I get in line the manager (blonde…read moreolder woman in an eagles shirt) is on the phone dealing with a customer complaint - loud and inappropriately being condescending to whomever she is speaking to - quite literally screaming. The two other girls at the register are in the background chiming in their two cents for everyone to hear. Saying the woman on the phone "always drives us freaking crazy. She's a nut job" Myself and a few other people are in line baffled at the spectacle they are making. After rudely hanging up with the customer on the phone the manager turns around and starts discussing it with the people in line as well as whoever is on the register. All of us in line were uncomfortable and disgusted with their conduct. As the store leader, the manager did nothing to contain the issue that was happening rather she continued to discuss everything openly with the younger employees and customers.
