Once my son put on the pants we found that they weren't the pants we ordered (too small). But now the guy has left, other 2 guys were busy helping other people. Had to wait 20 mins for someone to free up. Salesman was very nice. Pants were switched to the correct ones. I had to ask about the $25.00 tailoring fee that i was originally charged, because we took pants as is. The shirt which we had also purchased wasn't pressed. Was all wrinkled as it was the first day taken out of the bag. I have purchased suits before in other places and always found it to be a great experience. This was the complete difference. Since I spent $300.00 on a jacket, Pants, shirt and tie I would have expected better service. I will never shop Men's warehouse ever again.

I got measured up and when I got up to the register I was shocked to see the price. It was double what Men's Warehouse charges (got married recently. I know how much they charge). I thought to myself, ok it's a small shop. I'm sure they make up for it with great customer service, something large corporations can't always do. Fast forward to August. I get a call late Wednesday night to come pick up my tux. I couldn't get there Thursday due to work, so I show up first thing Friday morning. I get handed my suit and get shuffled out the door. I request to try it on and that's where all the problems start. My jacket was like 4 sizes too small. The manager of the store begins his rant about how this is my fault because I didn't come in on Thursday. I tell him he needs to fix it and he said it won't be a problem because there's tons of material in the jacket. I took the rest of my crap suit and went home. I go back the morning of the wedding and "Moe" started looking for my jacket. I try it on and nothing was fixed. Moe confirmed my suspicions and told me it was my fault because I didn't come Thursday (again and again). I go through the wedding with a suit that was pilled and looked like it was dragged behind a pick up truck for a few miles. Of course I had to wear my tiny ass jacket that I couldn't button. I looked like Chris Farley wearing David Spade's jacket in Tommy Boy. Oh and on top of everything else, my shoes were two different sizes. Not shoe sizes, physical dimensions. One was about 3/4" too small. When I returned this sad excuse for a suit, I asked for a refund because services were not provided and I pretty much got told to go fuck myself. The manager walked out of the store right in the middle of a conversation. I spoke to the owner (I think?) and he said we would be getting an insulting amount of money back (which hasn't happened yet a week and half later) and they don't automatically give you back your deposit. How many people are they scamming for 40 bucks because they don't know better. Stay away and just go to Men's Warehouse. They have more resources and they give you a lot more time to make sure your suit or tux is right. These guys are just assholes. Plain and simple.

I went to clothing center Friday morning (first time) and was helped by Richard. I was able to get a new 3 piece suit, alterations on the pants, new dress shirt and tie in about an hour. It was a very pleasant process,not rushed at all but Richard knew what he was doing. They even pressed out my suit and shirt so that I was ready to go that night. I could not believe this was possible to do in a day never mind in an hour. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area that needs a suit/tux. As other reviews have said, the outside does not match the inside. Great selection of suits, shirts and ties with onsite alterations.
