I went in it this lower-level store, I talked with the owner, I felt the thick, woolen fabric of their stellar ponchos. Yet still, the Layton Hills Mall doesn't yet have it in their directory; there is no website, no Facebook page, no Twitter of Instagram. Be that as it may, I love this place. It has that mom-and-pop flavor with a mishmash of products: The afore mentioned Peruvian coats (for every, yes your reading this correctly, every NFL team); stuffed animals (mostly small dogs); toys including light-shooting rifles (you also heard this right); gigantic animal-themed dreamcatchers; Navajo-type rugs; doll accessories; Baja jackets, and an eclectic variety of things I've only begun to describe. Friendly staff, very reasonable prices, cool stuff ... I may have just seen a mirage in a mall. But I'll be going back to make sure it actually exists. Cool stuff!

We went in to exchange the purse. We talked to the owner and she was beyond rude to her. She keep saying well you put too much in your bag. My friend kept saying well I really only carry a few thing in it because I don't like carrying all that around. She also mentioned that it had been 2 and half months over and over. She went as far as lifting my friends new bag telling her see your bag is heavy. She only had her wallet and cell phone in it! She then said she could just glue it and sew it herself. After 10 minutes of this craziness and the owner was getting ruder by the minute. Talking about how much supposed weight that was in the bag. I then said "If your bags have a weight limit you should put a sign up so people can know." The owner went crazy on me. Yelling and told me to get out of her store! I did not say anything back to her and just left. Clearly this women has no clue on how to treat people let alone customers. So bag qualities are bad and the store will not back them up. Lack of Business accountability, and exhausting customer service…read moreI am deeply disappointed with both the quality of the items I purchased here and the unacceptable way I was treated by management. I purchased two rhinestone cowgirl belts (nearly $70 each) that I was genuinely excited about. However, after wearing one of them just ONE time for less than two hours to an outdoor evening movie--normal wear, worn as intended--the rhinestone diamond glue strip completely separated from the band. Since both belts were the exact same style, I brought them back to address the defect. Instead of basic customer service, I was met with complete deflection. The employee claimed it was my fault, insisting I must have "left it in the heat" or done something wrong. When I spoke with the store manager over FaceTime, she took the same defensive stance, claiming that because she had never seen that issue before, I must have caused the damage. Mass-produced factory belts like these are known to have adhesive issues, yet management completely refused to acknowledge a clear manufacturing defect. When I calmly tried to explain my situation, the manager became extremely argumentative, talked over me continuously, and was thoroughly unprofessional. After a long, exhausting argument back and forth, she finally agreed to issue a refund for the single damaged belt. However, for the second identical belt, she flatly refused a refund and would only offer store credit. Unwilling to completely lose my money, I was forced to use the credit on something else I didn't originally want. To top it off, she ended the call with a condescending goodbye. If you ever need to return or resolve an issue at this store, be prepared for extreme difficulty, hostility, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Save your time and shop somewhere that stands behind what they sell and treats customers with respect.
