She was also eyeballing a backpack, but we were able to order in online (through Hot Topic) when we got home and it was a lot cheaper. We've always had a good experience here and the employees are kind. It's my daughter's favorite store, so we'll be back. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the items aren't the best quality. My daughter put her belt on and one of the studs fell off. Each dress style I've tried fits differently so, that's the chance you take when ordering online, right? Well, here's the fine print... NO REFUNDS! And, every dress is minimum $100. I started with a 1X and it was too big. Went down to XXL; that one fit and was kept. $183 (see photo) I still have several hundred dollars of credit and will have to keep ordering until the next one is cute on my body. Oh! And thirdly, you have to PAY $12 each time you ship a return. I'm about to order my 6th replacement... wish me luck. After a mix up with the payment method, I called customer service, who then assured me that the entire $40 late fee had been waived and I was left with a balance of $0 after paying off my card. Imagine my surprise when I opened a subsequent statement and there was a balance for the late fee and late fees for the late fee! What??? So I called CS again who at first told me there was nothing they could do, but then later in the call told me they could waive only $15 of the $31 fee. I said fine, I would like to pay that off now. Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. We went to this store in American Fork specifically she said the ones closer to her didn't carry anything in her size. I wasn't planning to buy myself anything, but everything was so cute, and the prices were so good that I couldn't help myself! Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She even helped us find where we were going to have lunch (great recommendation, by the way, thank you!). We will absolutely be back. And, slightly off topic, I look so cute in my new clothes.
