I absolutely loved working there and my coworkers were amazing but Gabi Lisman, the store manager, is an absolute terror. All associates were trained differently, some got the traditional videos and paperwork, others were thrown straight into working and would get written up for not knowing procedures and specific "rules" that other managers were also unaware of. Most "managers" had only worked there for a few months so their training was also minimal and they were constantly having to call Gabi or other stores for help. This store is small and management would prefer to clog the kiosk in the mall hallway with up to 7 groups of orders before helping the single associate out there at the kiosk, who kind you, would be yelled at if they came inside. Other managers were a lot more tolerable when Gabi was not there but when she was, it was almost unbearable at work. Gabi does not believe in verbal warnings and would prefer to just bombard you with a write up during a shift. Also important to mention, she will respect your pronouns in person but purposely misgender you behind your back, which happened to several gender-queer/ transgender associates. This store cannot keep employees, evident in the fact that it lost 7 employees in the span of a month. Accused one employee, who just so happened to be a minority, of stealing with no basis when asked why she no longer worked there. Another employee was seasonal and Gabi told other managers that she would not be allowed back for work after she left but never touched base with the seasonal employee. Gabi also just stopped scheduling one employee and took away previously assigned shifts because she was angry that they got another job. One of the employees who quit was a manager and Gabi encouraged the other managers to shun her during her remaining shifts. Finally, Gabi wrote one employee up for a death in the family and then wrote up the same employee for breaking a non-existent policy and when the employee stuck up for herself, Gabi told her to "get out and not come back". A total of 8 employees filed a mistreatment case against her which was brushed off and ignored by the district manager.
