Soon after it was delivered my mother started itching and found bed bugs. She did not have them before. They also got into her loveseat and recliner - she had to replace not only the mattress and box springs but also the loveseat and recliner. She is on a fixed income. She called the store and was told that it couldn't be the mattress and box springs. I highly disagree as they weren't in my mother's residence before these two items came into her home. The customer service person was not empathetic and the store should have offered some type of compensation for what happened.

Needless to say we love our landscaping now! The crew did a great job and everyone we worked with was professional and really nice. My 3 year old liked the landscaping crew so much that on the day they did the work I had to run some errands and I told her it was time to go. She told me, "That's okay, I will just stay with them!" I had a very time sensitive project requiring the arrival of the pots in a timely manner. After a week a called up the company asking where the pots might be and they told me that the pot order never went through....Evidently it does not matter that I have a confirmation email. They did not call me or send me an email that the order did not go through or explain why a confirmation email does not confirm anything....I can only assume that if you have a small order they really don't care about you as a customer. If you have a large order, go ahead and order, you will probably get better service, I know this is a large company. Update: The owner did call me back and explain the confirmation email does not confirm the order just that they received the order. I also got the impression he would have expressed a new order out if I had asked him so I raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars.
