We are, sadly, yet another victim of the Folsom pinhole leaks. We previously had two pinhole leaks,…read moreone in the ceiling of the garage and one outside near the pipes to the sprinklers. This latest one was a hot water leak under the slab in the master closet, and the final straw. Due to our previously outstanding experience with Michael and Leak Finders, they were our first call, and our only call. Michael quickly detected the leak and then explained our options: 1) Only fix the leak 2) Repipe only the hot water 3) Repipe both the hot and cold. He thoroughly explained all our options, including exactly what would be done for each scenario, and the cost. Since this was our third leak we decided to go with the repipe. I can't stress this enough, Michael is punctual, communicates clearly, very meticulous and very clean. The job took 2 weeks. Every single day he was on time. Each day he vacuumed the areas he worked in and put his tools away. If it weren't for the holes we wouldn't even know he'd been there. He limited the holes that had to be made and explained to me every day what he'd be working on. My wife joked he left the house cleaner when he left each day than it was before he arrived. The job is done now and we are thrilled with the work he did. We can't recommend him highly enough. We all have our contractor horror stories. You definitely wouldn't get anything other than a success story with Michael and Leak Finders. We are confident the days of pinhole leaks are behind us. He also added several more hose bibs for us where there were none before. We have have on on every side of our house. A positive side note is we also get our hot water more quickly, and it gets hotter faster. I've only posted a few of the pictures. He treated us and our house with great care. Meet with Michael and we feel strongly you'll see the difference and why he is our only call!

How can you not love a place like this?…read more Check it: State of the art fitness equipment. Raised indoor track, 1/6th of a mile around. Professional, certified fitness training staff on site. Indoor pool open year-round. Two full-size gymnasiums with all the amenities. And so much more! The Lenexa Rec Center is a crown jewel of the burgeoning 'City Center' space in western JoCo. Buttressed up against City Hall and the newest JoCo library branch, the Rec Center offers year-round enjoyment. Besides the opportunity for personal fitness, exercise classes, or just free play, the Rec Center offers a community space with loads of classes for all ages. You could even request to host parties or small events here, with staff at the ready to help you during your event. The indoor pool is a real draw, open year-round, save for maintenance windows. There are two indoor slides (the longest in the state), a 25M swim lane area, diving well, and a lazy river. The shallows are ultra-kid friendly, wading to low depths with sprinkles and splashes to boot! You can even find your way to the warm water wellness pool, kept at 90° and perfect for therapeutic relaxation. I'm spoiled because this spot is in my neighborhood, though you don't have to be a Lenexa resident to join. There are other places very similar scattered about town, but for the price, the value FAR exceeds the expectation. Covered parking, food amenities next door, shopping, and more are within steps. Come try Lenexa; I promise you'll love it.

I'm not going to lie, I did not like going into this place. I was looking for barbecue equipment,…read moreand massive as it was, there was one small area covered with a few trinkets. This place is mostly hot tubs and game systems and pool equipment. The staff though really set me off, as I walked in they looked at me like I was a Capulet to their Montague. They did not involve themselves in my affairs, instead opting to maintain the position they were in before I walked through the door of a customer-less building. I could have used some direction or assistance, but all I got was stares until I walked by furthest away that they no longer felt obliged to notice I existed. I think based on my one and only visit that this place is geared for homeowners that have too much money and no idea what to do with it. I believe I saw massage chairs, gaming tables, and so on. They had a free ski ball game to try, so that was interesting. But otherwise, I think the things here can be had for less elsewhere. The staff was ample though considering no one was patronizing this place, but if you need pool cues or pool shock tablets, or hot tub, this is a harkening from the past brick and mortar experiences of old; a bastion of time gone by, wasted by the toilings of retirees with nothing to do but wait. For what I know not. Hark! Hark, foul soul! I don't know. Didn't feel good in that place. Never again.
