Fortunately I decided to check with Swim Things and worked with Greg. He walked me through how to make the repair, step by step. He drew out the sizing needed and steered me toward the proper adhesive. I was so grateful that he took the time to help me and was patient with my questions. Had previously talked with Mike about issues with a pool heater and he mentioned it was likely wiring issues caused over the winter. Got him to the house and he said there's no way that's what happened, said our heater was garbage and poorly made and he "thinks" the igniter is sitting in water and he "thinks" this and "thinks" that but didn't actually look at anything in the heater, and just started looking at how big the pool was and talking about the specs of his heater and trying to say a bunch of "big words" to confuse us like we didn't know anything. The issue he was saying was the problem has been an ongoing normal condition of the heater, and he got upset when we questioned him and kept talking about what he "thinks" is the problem, but never looked at anything in the heater himself. He is not a "pool guy" he is a salesman, and a horrible one at that. Do not bother going anywhere near him or his business.

Pool contract from 2020. I waited to review to get costs of some items. The entire process was…read moreexhausting. To be fair, the pool looks ok, however, see issues we had below. Plus I am very wary of what is underneath the pool and deck since the quality was just not there on the surface. Buyer beware. We were very disappointed in the lack of care or concern with how things looked. plus they left lots of rock in the flower beds that cost us $1000. To remove to be able to plant. Because Precision Pools did not properly read the "Engineered" plot plan that they were given, half way through the building process, the HOA and City stated,  based on design of pool, spa and decking, a retaining wall was needed.  This increased the price and scope of work $10,000. The cost of electrical and gas was never discussed. That added another $5000. how else do you use the equipment? My bad for not detailing Communication was an issue throughout the job 1.  Spa bench is not deep enough. When sitting in it you barely come to your belly button. Average/standard spa depth from the bottom of the footwell to the water line is 36-42", typical depth is 36-37.  Our spa depth from the footwell to the water line is 33.5". The bench depth of our spa is 13.75" and should be minimum of 15" to water line and 18" to top of tile. They even admitted they dug it wrong No way to fix at this point 2.  We contracted for a block wall fence around the pool equipment for $1400.  There was not enough room so we agreed to go with a wood fence which was cheaper. That fence was to be stained and never was stained. We contracted with a company to stain it for a total of $500. That we paid 3.  Deck concrete is awful. There are cracks (Precision Pools, says concrete cracks). Yes it does, but this is beyond ridiculous. FYI. We have no cracks in the walkway or stairs on side of house that our home builder poured. The pool concrete deck has areas where aggregate is exposed.  There are several different directions that the sweep marks go. There are areas where it was just sloshed on. There are several areas where the water puddles when it rains or is hosed off.  When the BBQ area was built they did not use tarps to protect the concrete and there are multiple stains that look like bubble gum stains all around the bar area. When the colored concrete was poured for the fire pit, no care was taken To protect the deck concrete so now we have dark splatters of that colored concrete on the deck concrete around the fire pit. We have spent another $12,000. to put a coating over the concrete to cover the horrible job. 4. The automatic fill line was hooked up but never functional. I paid to have waterline brought there per Precision Pools request and it was just left and never worked. I payed $500 for that waterline. 5.  Colored, stamped concrete around fire pit is losing its color and looks blotchy. 6. The contract stated there is 42 square feet of the 12" stone wall behind the pool for a total of $4,620. (We paid dearly to remove the stone with the extra cost of $4,000) and only replaced with tile which is much cheaper).  There is also a charge that states 12" wall for raised patio with stone veneer (we put tile and paid dearly to remove the stone within that $4,000) and again put tile).  Tile is much cheaper than stone obviously. The raised deck is measured at 62 square feet for a total of $5,270.  This deck section is the width of the pool which is 18 feet and height is same as back of pool, 12". So in my calculation that is 18 square feet not 62 square feet. The charge should have only been 18 sq ft x 85 = $1,530. My bad for not measuring prior to signing 7. When the concrete was poured, they did not put plastic on the walls and windows of the house so the concrete was splattered all over the windows and stucco. The builder was kind enough to get the concrete off the windows but not off all the stucco.   8. Expansion joint sealant around the pool coping is so crooked it looks like a child did it. We had this redone when we put the coating on the concrete.

Zero follow through. Thousands of dollars in repair of landscape, driveway, fence work, pool control rewire, restarting pool equipment and troubleshooting problems with our control board. Pool is less than one year old. Concrete deck is cracked in multiple places, stone finish is peeling, glass tiles falling off and spa finish dissolving. All this while still in the first full year of operation. Grateful we have a finished pool. 100% frustrated by this company's lack of customer service, lack of professionalism, broken promises and insincerity.

I, as I am sure the rest of the 100's of residents that reside in the apartment complex, checks on progress weekly. Most of the time the 2-3 workers are texting or talking on their phone, hunkered down in the shade or sitting on the front of the backhoe (a Saturday on OT I am sure). If there happens to be 6-7 men...only 2-3 are actually working with the other's standing around. I would think there would be a Supervisor or Foreman out during the day to make sure things were moving along. I would never recommend this company to my friends and relatives that own a pool.
