I DO, however, want people to know that both Jim Kraft Sr. and his son James Kraft Jr. do an incredible job with just about any pool 'issue' or need that you can imagine. Jim Sr. started this in 1974, and really, I thought it was kinda funny when I first heard some of Jim's customers call him the 'pool whisperer'. After knowing him and his son for some time though... I understand how he got the title. If you have pool problems, need a smarter service company, need better customer service, more attention, or simply want to feel like you have the support of a true expert, then call these guys. They don't really advertise as they get most of their new business referrals from established customers. I'm not sure if I can give his number but James Kraft Jr is at 913.927.8655. I, as I am sure the rest of the 100's of residents that reside in the apartment complex, checks on progress weekly. Most of the time the 2-3 workers are texting or talking on their phone, hunkered down in the shade or sitting on the front of the backhoe (a Saturday on OT I am sure). If there happens to be 6-7 men...only 2-3 are actually working with the other's standing around. I would think there would be a Supervisor or Foreman out during the day to make sure things were moving along. I would never recommend this company to my friends and relatives that own a pool.
