I get my pedicures there all the time. I have a favorite manicurist. This is a busy place but they keep things moving. Def make an appointment and know what service(s) you'll want done. The place is immaculate and they pay close attention to cleanliness and your comfort. I highly recommend Hot Nails. read more

Picked hot nails based on good reviews, but it wasn't great for me. Long wait even with an appointment. My mani pedi should have been $37 per the menu, but I was charged $50. My only guess is they charged $13 to remove my dip nails, which I would have been OK with if they did a nice job of it. Instead she used a fake nail to just pry them off, which was extremely painful and left bad dents in my nails. I could have done that myself if I knew I was going to be charged so much for it and it was going to be so aggressive. She did my manicure at the pedi chair and it was rushed with no lotion, no hand massage. My nails were so short they looked awful. Won't be back. read more

I was referred to Hot nails 885 S Babcock St Melbourne, FL 32901Buy my coworker on Saturday afternoon, so Saturday night at 5:45PM I called and made an appointment at Hot Nails for 6:30pm. I was seen at 6:45 PM and they close at 7 PM. I showed the lady the color and style that I wanted and she said she could not do it. so I asked for a different one she said she couldn't do it I asked for a different one she said she couldn't do it finally I found a picture that she said that she could do. While she's doing my nails she's filing my skin the entire time! I let her know that it's too hard and she keeps going! On top of that I had black nail polish on and she refused to take off the black nail polish before applying the acrylic therefore the black nail polish is seen under my acrylic powder. when it came to the color she did not have the nude brown that she said that she would have and instead kept persisting that I use use purple! She brings back color after color and it's not it. She starts yelling at me in a different language and a guy comes over to help. The guy that worked there even said that it was purple and that's not what I wanted. After I find a different color a dark brow (which I settled for) she starts doing my nails and putting my nails under the gel light. Each time she took my nails out of the gel light and tried to apply a different coat the nail polish came off. The nail polish was gooey and would not stay staying on my nail. She kept blaming it on me and saying I'm not completely under the dryer although I'm under the dryer right in front of her! And the dryer that she's controlling! Either way after she was done I was just ready to get out of there and she kept showing everyone in the salon my nails and praising her self! I never once said that I like them. Because my nails were done on Saturday on Sunday when I woke up and saw that they were all cracking there was nothing I could do because they're closed! So I come in there on Monday after work at 4:30 PM and I ask for a refund. The lady at the front to the right is doing someone else's nails and lets me know that they don't do refunds and that they can redo my nails. I kindly let her know no I don't want my nails done again I want a refund. She let me know that they do not do refunds and that she gave the only option which is to get my nails done again. She let me know that she saw me there Thursday getting my nails done and I loved them after! I let her know that that wasn't me and I was there Saturday night and she asked me if I had a receipt. They never gave me a receipt but I did have my information from the transaction on my phone because every single time I swipe my card I get a text message on where it was swiped and for how much. She looks at it and says nothing after seeing the timestamp and that it was on Saturday. She still said no refund. Save yourself the drama and just don't go here. Very cheep. My nails arent even straight and there are so many bumps. There is little hairs stuck under my nails. She only did one coat of my color and it turned out to light. Janky ass nails don't recommend anyone going here. They are very sweet but if you want your nails done good don't go here. If you're looking for a place that will cut your cuticles so far back, file your skin down rather than your nail, and make you bleed not ONCE...but THREE times - this is the place for you. I wish I knew the lady's name but I only know her station number is 5. And not to mention how bad of a paint job it is. I came in for gel acrylics and left with nails that are overly thick, had air bubbles because they didn't let my nails dry in between coats, and "coffin" shaped. And when I say "coffin" I mean that's the only place I want to be seen with them. Generally speaking, the lady seemed nice except for the times I threw my hand back because of the excruciating pain from her polishing machine hitting the skin under my nail (cue the blood). I showed the woman a picture of the length and shape I wanted and she did not even come close to the picture. At this point, I didn't even complain because I just wanted to get out of there. Another woman rings me up for $30 dollars and I ask why she is charging me $30 as opposed to the $25 price that is listed on the sign. I went in for a simple fill in for my nails. I wanted a very very simple cute design. 4 nails matte black on each hand, 1 nail with a black heart in the middle. Seems simple enough right? Not for them apparently! First off all my nails are all disfigured shapes, they gave me black matte color on all my nails which is not what I wanted at all. And then after I complained of me being displeased with what they did, they didn't give a shit about it and decided to ignore me plus still charge me full price for the crap job. I have been going to this salon for 4 years. Out of that time I have only been unhappy twice. Both times it was a new tech that I didn't know. Pedicures are always fabulous. It has become a very busy place so I would recommend appointments. You can take your chances as a walk in but would recommend going ehen they open or during the day like before 3pm. I went here three times and honestly. I regret it. When I first went in I thought the place was nice until it came to the service. I sat there for two hours waiting to have SOMEONE do my nails. They couldn't give me the marble I wanted because only two people know how to do it so I had to settle with something else which costed more that ended up snapping off of my pinky a week into having the nails. The second time I went I asked for shorter nails I originally had long nails coffin shape and wanted them short ballerina. She didn't even do that she just cut them down and shaped them worse. They let people skip ahead when you're waiting and it's just plain rude. On top of that they never offered me any complimentary drinks that they offered others right in front of me I had to ask. This last time I went my nails were completely crappy and uneven in the shape and the nail polish had been chipping off my toes and had to get one nail fixed which took an hour when it should have taken 5 mins.
