Also, don't skip the Jamaica agua fresca -- it was light, refreshing, and so good with the meal. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the whole place gave me that familiar, homey feel I usually only get from spots back in California. The meat was well seasoned and tender. The tacos had a nice mix of cilantro and onion. The side of rice was average and not a favorite with me. The service was top notch.
