For sushi, we tried the California roll, Philly roll, a salmon roll, and one other that I can't quite remember. Everything tasted fresh and delicious until we got to the salmon roll. It was unexpectedly salty, and we realized they used smoked salmon, similar to what you'd find on a bagel with lox. It just didn't pair well with the rest of the roll.
